The room facilities are new and clean, and fully equipped. There is a hairdryer. There is a supermarket nearby, and the hotel has a microwave, induction cooker, tableware, etc., so you can cook simple meals. I highly recommend this hotel.

The HG City Hotel I booked for my business trip to Spain had terrible service. They didn't even provide basic drinking water. The waiter said someone had run out of it that day! They also had to deal with maintenance every day. The hotel smelled terrible! I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is simple and sophisticated, small and well-equipped, with cooking facilities 🧑🍳 provided. The staff is courteous and welcoming. While not located near a major transportation hub, it's well-connected, with subways, trains, and buses 🚌 all within easy reach. Downstairs, there are restaurants, takeout options, and a small convenience store. It's quiet and safe at night.

First of all, the hotel is in a great location, 30 minutes walk to Casa Mila. It is very quiet and clean, and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Coffee and drinking water are available 24 hours a day on the first floor of the hotel, which is rare in European hotels. The hotel's service level deserves special praise. The day we checked out, there happened to be a nationwide power outage in Spain, and we were about to miss the flight back to China from Madrid the next morning. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped us solve the transportation from Barcelona to Madrid under the power outage, so that we could catch the flight back to China in time. I am sincerely grateful! I will definitely choose HG next time I go to Barcelona!

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment when we were transferring from Barcelona to Italy. The location is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport and go to downtown. The room is quite large and the mineral water is self-service, which is more user-friendly than many European hotels.

Expect a 3 star hotel. The location is fine for those who don't mind to walk everyday. Having a kitchen is a plus. As written in several reviews, some female employees are oddly unprofessional and quite bad. Cleanliness is a bit lacking in details. Bed sheets were not changed for 4 days. Overall, Well built building, but everything else isn't.

A great stay!
Firstly the room was huge with a spacious sink and bathroom. I loved the sink in the room, it was very spacious and could accommodate two people to wash up and do their makeup at the same time.

Secondly it was equipped with kitchen facilities with a microwave hob and fridge, really handy.

overall it it worthy and the location was good, easy to get to everywhere, I would book again next time!
