The hotel is very centrally located. We walked a lot.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. We were welcomed with bubbly.
The old-school hotel bar is cozy and invites lingering in it. Comfortable chairs!
Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected by a serious issue with the air conditioning system. The room temperature was excessively cold, and the system could not be properly adjusted or turned off. As a result, I became unwell. Although the staff kindly moved me to another room, the same problem occurred in both Room 308 and Room 302. Due to this ongoing issue, I had no choice no returnto France.
I had only one complaint but I think it may not have been in the hotel’s control. The neighbors on either side of my room were rambunctious. The children were slamming doors, yelling and running back and forth between the two rooms while we were trying to sleep. Parents and their kids were not considerate of others. If the hotel could have made softer or quieter closing doors, that would have been very helpful.
