This hotel is in the center of a popular area of Barcelona. It has basic amenities. However, during our stay the A/C did not work. We complained and they even gave us a bigger room but the It was still very hot to sleep. Also, since it's on a busy area don't expect a quiet nights sleep.

I love my stay here, efficient, easy access, no frills no fuzz, centrally located. This is not a luxury hotel.... as long as you keep that in mind, you will able to appreciate the clean bright room and just enough of what you need. Some review might mentioned the price is high, well.... compare to other places, o say this is the best deal you gonna get aside from doing bunk beds at a hostel.

The most difficult part of my experience is getting into my booked reservation. No one answers the phone. The listed contact number had no response. We arrived early due to our timeline of our cruise. You cannot enter the building without code or someone lets you. I was concerned about our luggage. This was the most difficult entry. This process has to change.

Perfect boutique hotel, room was up to date and clean. The room had amazing view out the balcony but is a bit small if you have a lot of luggage (it was fine for a few day stay). Staff was friendly and set us store our luggage prior to check in. Great location as well. Would recommend.

It's more like an apartment with a shared kitchen. There's a common corridor where everyone moves, in the morning they prepare breakfast in front of you and set it out, very modestly, each piece by the count.
I liked living in the Gothic Quarter more, it's convenient to walk and the sights are close.

It's a boutique hotel, it's really a top-notch hotel. The online check-in is very unfriendly. What's weird is that there was no quilt on the bed at night. I called the hotel and the reply was that no one could come to deal with it. Breakfast is not until 8.30. I arrived early in the afternoon and wanted to store my luggage first, but the hotel didn't agree and had a bad attitude!

Terrible check in experience
Check in instructions and codes were not sent, therefore lost lot of time at the entrance without having the information to enter. No-face hotel, whatsapp robot not answering. Very bad experience. The hotel itself is nice and can not be better situated, top location.
