Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments Bcn Suites in Barcelona

We loved this boutique hotel. It is new, modern and clean. They have an automated kiosk where you can check in if you arrive past their office hours. The unit we stayed at has pretty much everything you need. The hotel is also less than 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartments, great location...buses, metro, shops and main sights such as Sagrada Familia are all walking distance. Just a 5 - 7 minute bus ride to La Ramblas and Cantuluna city centre.
Apartments are great, but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as the noise insulation in the apartments is very poor, you can hear the other guests next door simply talking and chuckling, and the noise when people are talking as they're walking downstairs is a lot as the apartment front door is right on the stair well. You can also hear a lot of noise of people simply walking around their apartment. Also this apartment is located in a residential area, so when the local persons across the way are having a party, you hear EVERTHING! If these apartments sort out their noise insulation and get some double glazed windows, I would give them a 5.
Long story short, if you're a heavy sleeper you'll be fine, if you're not...you may wish to consider if this place is for you.
Oh and btw the receptionists are wonderful and so helpful especially with directions to local attractions.

Excellent, the room is very large! Absolutely perfect.

Clean room. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. We could also use the laundry machine inside the room. The view from our room wasn't the best, but it had a balcony. Make sure to close the automatic curtains at night. We enjoy staying here. We will return.

The room was spacious, a suite, and located in the Grace district, a 15-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. There were many restaurants nearby, and the overall atmosphere felt quite safe. However, the sofa bed was rather soft and not very comfortable.

Fantastic apartment with every amenity. The terrace was such a handy spot. Reception was so helpful, especially Andy, who made our stay so easy. The area is quiet but in the middle of everything. We felt like locals during our week stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! About 5 min walk to the Metro, 10-15 min walk to Sagrada Familia.
Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They provided a gift basket of some food staples, which was fantastic, and had the apartment very clean and ready early, which was exactly what was needed after a long trip.
The apartment was so very nice. It had a small courtyard patio which was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee after a day of walking and exploring.
Overall a wonderful experience at this apart-hotel!

There is some noise since you are in a neighborhood so bring ear plugs (we heard sirens and barking dogs each night and morning). Also, there are no blinds/curtains really so definitely bring an eye mask. The sofa bed was actually super comfortable.
