Our group of 7 arrived at this hotel at the end of our great walk and were very impressed with the reception and location of the hotel. We had to wait a while before our luggage arrived but we got coffee in the small but comfortable lobby area. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. We went out for food that evening and when we returned, we enjoyed a drink in the onsite bar. After a very comfortable and quiet sleep, we had a lovely continental breakfast served by the manager and receptionist. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage area while we went exploring the town before our taxi transferred us to the airport in the afternoon. A perfect end to our Camino. 5 stars.

Adequate size room, nice bathroom. The staff at the desk /bar were very friendly and helpful. They were able to communicate well in different languages. I spoke with Sharna one evening, she was very pleasant yet professional, a real asset . We enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Great location also.

Rooms are old and very worn down. Clean and near the park, supermarket and outside of the central square which is nice if you want to walk there but be away from the noise.

This was our hotel at the end of our hiking tour from Porto,where we stayed four days. We enjoyed the little balcony on our room. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Though our room was to the street, we could close the shatters, leave the noise outside and sleep very well. For Germans the bed is quite small and takes time getting used to. Some of the TV channels can be switched to English. German is not available. The breakfast is typically Spanish, but you can order plain yoghurt and fresh fruit if you wish to.

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. The continental breakfast was good - croissants, fruit , juice coffee & cold meats. The room was small and located in the roof space which made it very hot and the shower space was so small it was difficult to turn around.

I stayed here for one night having landed at Santiago De Compostella Airport. I caught the local bus from the airport to the City. It cost just 1 Euro and took about 45 minutes. I walked from the Bus station to the hotel. The hotel was totally fine for my requirements and had all the amenities, I required. I had breakfast which was nice. The staff were really polite and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

The worst eating experience I’ve ever had in Spain. Bad service, the saltiest fresh oysters ever, had to send them back, the bread was stale until we requested fresh, the salad was tasteless, when asking for the manager or owner a waiter pretended to be him. They insisted we had to pay for the oysters we refused, paid for salad and left. Do not waste your money at this restaurant. They ought to be ashamed.
