easy communication, great welcome, central hotel, and a very nice balcony

Where do I start?! FAB location! We had the “double room with balcony” next to the kitchen. The balcony has 2 chairs. The room has “individual” AC units & 2 personal small umbrellas. The location is really great. There are plenty of restaurants around, some until midnight. My luggage weighed over 23 kg, so carrying it upstairs was a bit tiring. Luckily, the staff gave us a room on the second floor, which was great. Because there was no refrigerator, we didn't buy any refrigerated food, saving us some money.

The location is convenient for those who travel a lot on foot. By taxi or car it is quite long because of traffic jams and one-way traffic. Check-in and all instructions are clear. Great eco-friendly place close to the beach and about 10 minutes walk from the old town and the bus stop. Fantastic roof terrace with great views. Nice breakfast. The free e-bikes were amazing - it’s an easy ride to Nerja Caves and Maro.

Amazing experience! Very nice views and very impressive experience about services : bikes, cafeteria etc. Even there are no physical employees in the reception but the communion very smoothly. Location near the beach, 5 min walk and around the hotel very clam during the night , we have a very good rest. Top 1 place in town! I will come back again!

Fantastic upscale hostel experience on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from Burriana Beach and about 10-12 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa. Just got back home last night from a great stay in this hotel. £70 a night for a room with balcony, great views, a decent breakfast and access to hot and cold free drinks all day... really good! The rooms were kept very clean, the bed was massive and loads of hot water in the powerful shower. A 5 minute walk down to Burriana Beach. Well done and thank you!

We loved this hotel so much we have booked to stay again in October. Everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and everything looked brand new. The cleaners were absolutely lovely ladies. If you are looking for a modern hotel in a great location then this is the one for you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was great as well. Our room was cleaned our second day. Really liked the outdoor area, however the door is hard to use once it’s already been closed. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone else.

Extremely centrally located Pension at the edge of the old town and a short walk to the beach. Very warm and welcoming staff, however due to it being a Pension, it can be hard to get prompt service. The rooms were adequate and very clean.

This was our first time in San Sebastian and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly situated near the old town in a building full of Spanish character... Lovely and everything we wanted. Very very good. The location is superb, the room and bathroom are very well maintained, and look recently refurbished.. The folks at the front desk are really good (hi guys), and there is parking right in the building. On the location, it's just across the river from the guggenheim, so super close. Great location if you know where are you are going. I got one of the pods with a door and it is quite comfortable, but it might get too hot in Summer. It was hot on my first night despite being winter out there. Bathroom could be cleaner, although they appeared to clean it every day (fixtures are old and not well maintained). Staff was nice! I love this place; the room is so comfy, they have such a homey vibes and so comforting, after spending time in Barcelona Stadium and Sagrada Familia, I took metro to go to this place which I found it so easy to reach by the metro .Definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a good experience in Barcelona.

Great that the reception is 24hrs, however when i arrived my room key didnt work. They tried to fix it but had to remove the door battery and put a temporary fix in place.

I stayed one night between trains. The staff were lovely and helpful. The stairs to access the hostel were difficult with a suitcase. For the price, it was good. But could do with a refurb. Thanks though to the kind staff. 🥰

The room was small but clean enough, without a desk. The staff were very welcoming. It's in a great location. Soundproofing isn't the best, but most guests are young and generally considerate. True to its name, it's ideal for young backpackers.

The room was a perfect size to keep our luggage and chill in when we weren't exploring. There was a fridge which was useful and the bathroom was huge. They cleaned our towels everyday and made the bed :)

Almost perfect as a small budget old town hotel

The building was beautiful with a lot of plants, the lobby needs some work. The room was confortable with a nice balcony, the A/C works well, we had a small fridge, we had water kettle with teabags. The breakfast started at 9am (too late for us). Lily made an effort to acomódate us, she prepared us two picnics bags to take. We appreciate the effort.

The location was excellent and quiet. We loved the staff and terrace! They were the best part of our wonderful stay!

We had an amzing stay at Villa Alicia. The staff were extremely helpful and so pleasant. The continental breakfast was absolutely excellent. The patio/terrace out the front was a great place to relax and unwind at night. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga. I can't fault it at all 🌟

Place is well located and stuff was lovely. WiFi worked fine. But the place probably did not change since 40 years ago.

The price matches the value. I mean it is very basic and rather old place. Many things could be fixed or improved but for this money you should not expect more. For us it was ok, clean, towels, working shower, fan in the room ( no airco). Breakfast included in nearby cafeteria-basic but ok.

Upon checking in, they will give you a welcome drink. They will show you around your assigned room. Bed was very comfortable and there’s aircon in each rooms. Kitchen is sufficient and there’s a lot of chairs to sit in. Breakfast was simple but filling. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

I encountered the first female receptionist during check-in, and she wasn’t very friendly. There was also a charge for the bed sheets, which didn’t really make sense to me since I had already paid for the room and taxes. However, the rest of the staff were very friendly, and the location felt quite safe overall.

It's a hostel ideal for low cost stay in Seville. Location wise it's located quite close to the shopping area in Seville as well as less than 1km from Tram station and few steps away from bus stop

The quality of the place is high and the prices are decent. The location is great and you have many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and hardworking. I recommend this place to people that want to relax and feel like home.

Clean rooms and bathrooms.Rooms not huge but that meant it was easy to keep cool with Air con, seeing as temps outside was in the high 30's. Staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Central location within short-walking distance to shops, cafes and tourist attractions but the hostel itself was still quiet.

The location is excellent. Rooms are acceptable clean. Seville is well known for its hot summer...My room air conditioning was a wall unit and didn't work properly. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

The staffs were easy approach and location is great (only 10 minutes walk to C. Marqués de Larios). I don’t think they clean the toilet and shower room everyday, my room was very close to the street, if you get one like that you will need an earmuffs.
