While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The whole place is very clean, and it's super close to the airport. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, so shopping is really convenient. Lots of airline crews stay here too, which makes getting around easy. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants in the alley across the street that I'd recommend checking out.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. Our booking included three meals, which we all enjoyed.
