Decided to book this hotel for my wife and I for a few days away while over seeing her family the room we had was a pool view very easily accessible from the lifts
Huge hotel with huge pool, but it gets super busy in summer. A hotel for family, no for romantic stay.
Very good hotel. Best breakfast buffet ever. Sooo much to choose from and fresh! Comfortable beds and pillows. Very friendly personell. Price very reasonable. 10 out of 10.
The great things about the hotel are its really close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. It's around 2 hours from Malaga and 30 mins from Almeria. The pool is great and people genuinely don't reserva loungers
They come, use the pool and then take their stuff away. Its made it really easy to get loungers throughout the day. They go off for lunch and siesta and then come back until about 7pm
Booked this hotel through Love Holidays for a week in August school holiday. It was appealing because we could get a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for one week for £1000
All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm
The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant
Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. 5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily
We chose the half board option, the food options let the hotel down, very repetitive, not much choice and guests were rude, you would be queuing to use the coffee machine and people would walk right infront of you to use it next, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for food choices, meal times were very stressful
The maids do an excellent job and leave everything clean and tidy, I caught them one day when we returned from the beach cleaning the glass wall of the shower with active foam
The only oddity at this hotel are the green cards that you have to exchange every time at the bars for the hard plastic cup in which you are given your drink

It had a walk in shower but it was really slippery so we had to put a towel down to stand on and my dad couldn’t be left unattended to shower it was too dangerous
Pretty hotel, swimming pools and sun beds are many, Food is nice different each evening with a theme. Pool bar burgers are a big dodgy and under cooked
Pool areas are nice and clean however there is no food aloud around the pool and as ti be eaten at the pool bar are restaurant nothing major though
Entertainment in my opion is not theb greatest the Entertainment team do bits and bats through day but nothing really kid friendly which was a shame however there is a kids club a lovely play park and inside soft play which helped having 3 kids 2 with asd
unfortunately was cold/luke warm at all meals times regardless of time there is not much choice and quite repetitive but you wont go without there is something for everyone it dint put us off and we ate a varied amount of food
Smoking is also only allowed in allocated areas which is good as no cig ends around and means no one getting burnt etc. There is a huge selection of drinks available during the day/night
The beach was great and only a 10 minute walk. 45 min transfer on a public shuttle which was OK. Your holiday is what you make it and we enjoyed our stay
Overall, this is beautiful place. I'm glad we got city facing room(but we paid for it 🤭). The rooms are big and spacious, the kitchen has most of the cutlery and pots for cooking. There was microwave, kettle, toaster
The staff have all been helpful and polite considering the amount of people here
We were there for 7 days and housekeeper popped twice - once she walked on when we were talking quite loudly and were getting dressed - she just walked casually to us in the bathroom and asked about cleaning
You could see that there was lots of preparation before the show. We loved 'back to the future' the most. I liked the fact that there was no dragging people from the crowd etc. But it wasn't the best I'd say
Next time, they came in and did the bed. They just threw a throw and that's it. When we got to the room, the bedding, the walls in the bathroom had loads of hair
Pool: Outdoor pool, Outdoor pool (seasonal), Swimming Pool
The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer along with usual bathroom stuff. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided too. The restaurant is a typical Spanish All Inclusive restaurant
This was our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. We did the check in online this time and it really did speed things up. As Magnus guests we also had a separate check in desk (this wasn’t available the previous year)
have enjoyed one week family holiday. the rooms are modern & very clean, fresh towels daily. the food was good quality for all inclusive, always a variety of dishes to choose from
We also had access to the Magnus restaurant where it was a lot quieter. Paula the chef was really attentive with a food allergy we had - so thanks for that. We enjoyed the activities with the animation team
The reception staff were especially kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything our family needed for a short stay
we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars
The food - we have stayed in various hotels in Majorca with 3* rating (and I’m very fussy!), and actually found the food ok. They LOVED the burger/ chip bar by the pool. The pool areas are clean and well managed
If you didn't fancy going to sit in for lunch during the day and fancy something lighter there's always the pizza wagon and lake burger. Sandwiches and rolls and pastries also available throughout the day at Jupiter
We have just returned from a week at Club Mac, as a family of 7, with kids from age 8-15. We didn’t have high expectations but budget constraints meant it was this, or no holiday
This resulted in all 3 of us not being able to sit out on the balcony as the sun went down. The food is of a very high standard with lots of choice. There pool areas are kept clean and tidy
The food was great with loads of choices, and we loved that snacks were provided throughout the day — you never walk away hungry! The entertainment was also very good, especially in the evenings, which were always fun and lively
We had an amazing time at Club Mac! The place is fantastic, especially for families. There’s so much to do for kids throughout the day that they’re never bored, and the activities are really well organised
Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.
For example, my door cannot be closed without force (after gently closing it, it sounds like it is closed, but as long as I push it hard, it will not close)
It is a nice & clean hotel. Walking distance from the train station and Bernabeu stadium. Very good option to stay in after watching a late football match.
Booked this hotel for Taylor Swift's concert. There are plenty of breakfast options. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu. The public security nearby is also good. It's no problem to walk back at night
The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is not far from the Bernabéu, which is quite convenient. It is more suitable for business travel
Facilities: relatively new
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: close to the business district
Service: warm and thoughtful

If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady
Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed
My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch
Food and drink were lovely and we were thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to come back! Rooms were more like apartments
Very impressed and would definitely recommend you pay them a visit when you’re here! Thank you ladies x
Also, the food variety was not as good as we were used to in any other hotel on Spanish cost that we've visited so far, but the staff was very kind and willing to accommodate our needs (food intolerance for instance) so overall we were pretty satisfied for our 3-nights long stay, but would appreciate more options, mostly veggies on breakfast as well as better bread
The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back
We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome
The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing
Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad
Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony
The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay
For the strenuous visitors, there’s a full gym, with various exercise machines, which we (thankfully!) only discovered on our last night. I can’t imagine why this wonderful hotel only warrants 3 stars
This was a great place to stay. Staff were all lovely
There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone
Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped
We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds
It’s hard to imagine what they could possibly do better, to earn another
I would definitely recommend a visit though and I think I will be back

We stayed here at the end of July for 10 days (2 adults and a 12 year old boy). The one bedroom apartments are as the photos show and are kept spotlessly clean
Pool area was really fab! Bar for snacks and drinks also handy and cheap enough. We didnt avail of food in the restaurant in the complex at all as we tend to like to eat out and try the restaurants around
Location was great, the back gate gave a short cut to the local Spar and busy area/small ***** of restaurants, bars and shops etc
Very Spanish complex and I think we were the only English speaking people at the pool (Irish) :) but that did not bother us whatsoever! Lovely place!
On the 17th of augist, I checked into your hotel, but the reception service was highly unsatisfactory due to assining a room and after three hours and all the bags emptied we where said we must change rooms, we tried to reason with them because we had three kids(11 months, 8 and 11 years old) they just said mistakes happen, and we can compensate with parking for a day, as we accept that mistakes happen...
The pool and its surroundings are fantastic, and you can see that the entertainment staff takes their job seriously and manages to do it very well
The room was very spacious and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also very generous and well-suited for Chinese tastes. With a long breakfast service, it was easy to manage our meal times effectively.
Stayed here for one night during a layover. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to all terminals at Madrid Airport, which is very convenient, taking about 15 minutes to reach T4. The hotel itself is quite large
It's a bit far from the city center though
Staying overnight for a layover at Madrid Airport, this Marriott was an excellent choice. Unlike most hotels in Europe that only allow check-in in the afternoon, this one generally has a flexible policy
They even prepared a breakfast bag for us since we had an early flight and couldn't make breakfast. The hotel has a good number of rooms, and the dining and fitness facilities are all comprehensive
There's a free shuttle service to and from the airport and a nearby shopping mall; no reservation needed, just queue up and hop on. The pickup point at the airport's Terminal 1 is opposite gate 14
Sunbeds are constantly “reserved” with towels for hours, making it nearly impossible to find a free one. Most concerning, my hotel door was left open after cleaning - a serious safety red flag
The bathtub was a great plus for me, and the building itself along with its huge pool area creates a special, almost resort-like vibe. Wi-Fi was stable in the room and only slightly weaker by the pool
The pool area often turns into a kindergarten - kids running, screaming, splashing, and using water guns despite the posted rules, with parents encouraging it
Busy hotel the restaurant is very busy self service with queues at peak times, big open room really noisey and not relaxing atall , on the other hand there was a veranda adjacent to the main dining room which we thought was amazing, relaxing and more to our taste, the food was tasty with a large choice of everything, themed nights tasty treats and SWEETS! We all loved the sweets 😍
Basic enough room in saying that everything we needed was there , very very clean, housekeeping were excellent, the best we have encountered
On the positive side, the staff were friendly enough and helpful when approached. However, overall the hotel didn’t quite live up to expectations and could do with some updating and better management of its facilities

The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. The staff were very kind and welcoming
The whole place is very clean, and it's super close to the airport. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, so shopping is really convenient. Lots of airline crews stay here too, which makes getting around easy
I was assigned a street-facing room, and it was incredibly loud. People outside were talking, chatting, and laughing non-stop throughout the entire night.
Frequent business traveler and this is my go-to hotel in Madrid. The entrance is odd and there are often groups, but the hotel itself is excellent
Would highly recommend this hotel. Easy to get to and from airport on the metro, which is only 7 min walk from the hotel
Lovely staff… I hope you meet Yuri! Lovely spacious room with a king size bed and a fold out bed for my daughter. Very clean bedroom and bathroom

Went to report concerns over the safety of floor round pool. Got told to go away as they were busy booking a group of people in and would get someone to look at it. The 4 days we were there it didnt get looked at
The bar staff were polite and friendly. When we asked why pool bar wasnt open which it as been on previous trips told it was shut for good. Also roof top bar not open even though weather was lovely
Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.
The first room we was given had one plug socket which we couldnt reach and no balcony. The food was same choice every day although the food was nice. Before when we stayed they used to mix it up every other day
The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony
When we were able to use the pool it was so dirty it was like they’ve never cleaned it! They don’t even have umbrellas to protect kids from the sun so we had to buy 1 and the sun loungers are flat plastic but the other pool that is unsuitable for families has sun loungers that are comfortable

Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in August. Check in was good apart from them forgetting to give us a room key which they rectified and later rectified to work at the beach door to come in and out
Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!
One of the glasses used broke and my sister ended up with a piece of glasses
Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms
Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised
We loved that there was so much to do for kids and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.
The drinks tokens method is genius as it ensures no dirty cups are left by the pool
Trip advisor review ROOM I found the room to be a decent size and our balcony to be good for sitting on. Our view, however, was terrible. If you can upgrade to a pool view - do it
In the week we stayed the bed was changed once. The floor was barely ever brushed, maybe twice the whole time we stayed and was never mopped. Our toddler’s feet were constantly dirty from walking around the room
We stayed for 10 nights in August. This was our 2nd time and we would definitely go back
We keep our room tidy, we make the bed daily and don’t have clothes lying around, so there was no excuse to keep the floor brushed. ENTERTAINMENT We didn’t take part in any of the daytime or evening entertainment
At breakfast soya and oat milk was available for tea, coffee cereals, but the milks didn’t appear at any other time during the day, which I found a bit odd as coffee and tea facilities were available
Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola
Huge swimming pool is also plus! You can walk to the beach just 1 minute from the hotel
Best fitted rooms for a modern hotel, Very well appointed, sockets in the right place, lighting brilliant, bathroom well fitted, good practical balcony. The buffet not good for a 4 star hotel
Mare Nostrum i wouldn't recommend. Very bad food (fish wasn't prepared well at all), clinical place with no atmosphere what so ever. Staff al friendly, great views from our rooms on the pool and beach
The salad bar was excellent but the hot dinners were only just warm and served on a cold plate. The gala dinner and lunch were amazing
About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value
This hotel is great for families and young people as well. The food is amazing and you never leave the dining room hungry. It's only 3 stars but everything included makes it a 10 star hotel
We visited Abora 10 years ago and we fell in love with the hotel, the experience, and all the team. And after 10 years, we felt the same. Amazing place. Well done!
Perfect place for vacation
Perfect stay for our family. The place has everything from good food and a lot of options, clean, offer a lot of facilities, nice personnel. We will return for sure.
Good experience. Room in good shape, as were the facilities. Staff very friendly and forthcoming.
An excellent family-resort-style hotel, super organised, excellent facilities. Great choice of food and drink for all tastes. it took OVER AN HOUR queuing, STANDING IN LINE to check in
We had a great holiday at this hotel without any issues. The front desk staff were all very kind to me even though I am not fluent in the language.
I took some photos at 5:30 AM while i was trying to secure a nice place in the pool area and I would encourage you to do the same, especially if you are travelling with children 😀
We loved the heated pool, the food and the location.
Amazing place, where everyone can find something interesting!
Multiple swimming pools suitable for adults and children
The staff were polite and very helpful. The room aas spacious comfortable and clean. The amenities were all good with plenty going on and a variety of foods and beverages available. We will definitely return
It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy
All good except entertainment team which was not very good at letting guests know whats happening when and what's next. There are boards which you have to check yourself if you are interested in any activities
