Public areas were really nice, room is very basic & everything from the corridor can be heard in the room. Location was quite convenient to the metro & old town area.

We spent one night at Motel One Madrid, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel impressed us with its elegant design, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. Despite our short stay, everything felt well thought out — from the stylish interiors to the excellent location. A perfect blend of modern simplicity and refined elegance in the heart of Madrid.

The hotel was very safe. The receptionist was handsome and spoke excellent English. We stayed for a few days, then went to Barcelona to pick up our luggage and continued our stay there. We also stored our luggage there, which was very safe.

The hotel is great. Everything is very clean, the girls at the reception are very friendly. You have your own private parking from which you directly access your own room. It is not located in the city center but it has a good location since it is close to the highway. Around there are several cider houses. And the price is very good.

A stop in Oviedo and the truth is that it was very good and they wrongly gave us a superior room and let us stay for the same price previously contracted but the truth is that everything was very good and we requested a drink for the room and quick and very good service in general for us perfect

The place was close to airport and clean. The bed was clean and bathroom. However it’s not a normal motel like in USA. It seemed like a motel you pay by the hour. With your own garage and entrance to room. We arrived late and slept so we were only there for a few hours so the price was right. Thankfully was clean but did smell like cigarettes.

Came here a few weeks ago. Room and food were lovely, I recommend upgrading to all inclusive so you get drinks included. Pizza restaurant really nice. Loved this hotel! Stayed mid September. All the staff we encountered were lovely, communal areas kept clean and beautifully decorated. Nice hotel on the seafront with nice amount of space, kitchen and bathroom. Parking ok apart from an ***** and rude security guard who let us drive in, perform a very difficult 6 point turn to get out before he finally got off his phone and shouted parking full! Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

Great value seaside apartments, lots of facilities including pools, bars, spa, shops and also lots of restaurants nearby.

Room was just a little small for 3 people but we managed. Clean, regular housekeeping to change towels and make beds. Front desk very helpful with any issues. Pool area very busy as times and water is very cold however once in the pool it’s fine. Buffet breakfast and dinner.. lots on offer to suit all ages and tastes.

We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly. The entertainment during the day was sooo good, water polo, billiard, darts, kids club. It's quite remote, and nearby restaurants and supermarkets are quite far away. The room key needs to be refreshed at the front desk every time, otherwise it won't work.

The resort is excellent for a lovely relaxing holiday. There are many excursions available from many outlets, so shop around before you commit is the only suggestion I would offer. If, like me, your mobility isn't what once it was, there is a regular bus service, little train service, taxis galore and if you prefer you can hire twin or solo mobility scooters. I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. What a wonderful hotel! Our stay was made perfect by the excellent amenities. We especially loved having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools – a real highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the breakfast buffet was simply amazing every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money! The rooms are huge, making it a great choice for families or couples. I've rarely stayed in such a spacious hotel in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

Just returned from 9 night stay. Hotel was ok, don't expect a big selection in the dining room, basically the same food each day and selection is small. If you don't like Rap music then this is not the place for you. Continuous Rap type music played all day especially by the pool area so it seems the taste was directed at one age group only which I found odd for an adults only hotel, It was so annoying...

I spent 4 nights 21.09- 25.09. It was off season so the hotel was quite empty which was very nice. The hotel is more a party hotel and you could hear that at night. When we arrived the gentleman man from the reception was very friendly and made us feel at home . Everything in this hotel is first class this is our first time here and we will definitely be back . All the staff are lovely specially entertainment staff , Laura smiles from morning to evening .

Good staff and entertainment however not many good options for kids. The pool bar only allows certain areas to eat food however there is no sign that states this so caused some confusion and not many seating options for food

There are no other restaurants in the vicinity so you are somewhat obliged to eat in the hotel cafeteria. The hotel cafeteria is crowded and has bad noisy acoustics. When you can eat outside on the patio it is lovely but when you must eat inside (because they have decided to close it off), it's hell. I don't understand why they would close patio seating when the weather is beautiful and indoor seating...

Great location and nice common areas, but the rooms were in very bad conditions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, as of Easter Monday, the breakfast buffet was significantly reduced. Items like Spanish ham, guacamole and different kinds of bread were completely removed, even if the breakfast price per person remained the same regardless of the day. This was very disappointing.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.
