Overall, this is beautiful place. I'm glad we got city facing room(but we paid for it 🤭). The rooms are big and spacious, the kitchen has most of the cutlery and pots for cooking. There was microwave, kettle, toaster. All there to prep a meal. The cleaning was almost non existent. We were there for 7 days and housekeeper popped twice - once she walked on when we were talking quite loudly and were getting...
We weren’t completely satisfied, but overall the hotel delivers what you would expect from a 3-star resort. It’s a huge holiday complex spread over a very large area with countless buildings. There are many pools, but they do get quite crowded. In the main restaurant, there aren’t enough tables and chairs for everyone, so if you go late, you’ll probably have to wait for an empty table. However, there...
We were very happy with our stay at Bellevue Club! 💙 Great location, perfect for families with kids – everything is close by: pools, playgrounds, and beautiful surroundings. The kids had such an amazing time! 😄 A huge thank you to the wonderful animation team for children – you truly do your job with love, joy, and so much positive energy. ❤️ It’s beautiful to see people who genuinely enjoy what they...
Absolutely beautiful place with the location ideal for everything. The beach being only a 10 minute walk, perfect for eating at many restaurants or the all inclusive with many ranges offered. Brilliant for the family with the daily entertainment team being at the heart of the fun. They are constantly working hard, either entertaining the children in the kids club or the daily water activities, French...
Everything is fine, as seen in the photos. Inside a complex of many apartment buildings and hotels.
Very suitable for family travel! This hotel is actually a bit like a residential area in China. There are water recreation facilities in each area, suitable for both adults and children. The hotel also has many activities for guests to experience every day~ The layout of the room is also like home, which is super suitable for vacation here!

This was our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. We did the check in online this time and it really did speed things up. As Magnus guests we also had a separate check in desk (this wasn’t available the previous year). The Scottish lady on reception was a big help and always smiling. The Magnus room booking came with the usual extras of mini bar, robes and drinks facilities. We also had access to...
We recently stayed at the FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 13, 11, and 5 — and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere, especially as it was the end of the season and not too busy. My parents were staying at another hotel nearby, but they were able to visit us in...
Just got back from our first family holiday abroad at Fergus Club, Mallorca (2 adults, 3 children aged 11, 5 and 1). Overall, we had an amazing week. Check in was fairly quick and the people behind the desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, spacious with plenty of storage. Cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. The bathroom could use some maintenance (mould around the...
Loved our experience here, rooms were basic but ok. (Who spends time in them other than sleeping anyway) Staff were polite and friendly. Food was lovely there's something for everyone with different specials everyday. Waterpark is excellent with 3 pools (there are a few tiles missing but as long as ur careful you won't cut yourself) drinks are generous (they aren't shy however with cocktail of the...
Stayed for 1 night for a birthday celebration in October and thought it was worth every cent. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Xisca at reception checking in, and Alba who helped to organise a birthday cake for my daughter. The room was very spacious with a large balcony and clean on arrival. Cleaning team all smiley, welcoming and friendly. The pools were cold (it is October so that...
Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone. Drinks are unlimited from 10.30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. We have just returned from a week at Club Mac, as a family of 7, with kids from age 8-15. We didn’t have high expectations but budget constraints meant it was this, or no holiday. We were actually pleasantly surprised! The rooms were basic but adequate, clean and well maintained. The food - we have stayed in various hotels in Majorca with 3* rating (and I’m very fussy!), and actually found the food...
Our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 11am, usually from experience at other hotels, we have had to hang around until 2pm. The room was very clean with the only downside being the balconies are very small. This resulted in all 3 of us not being able to sit out on the balcony as the sun went down. The food is of a very high standard with lots of choice. There pool areas are kept clean and tidy...
We had an amazing time at Club Mac! The place is fantastic, especially for families. There’s so much to do for kids throughout the day that they’re never bored, and the activities are really well organised. The food was great with loads of choices, and we loved that snacks were provided throughout the day — you never walk away hungry! The entertainment was also very good, especially in the evenings...
Absolutely brilliant Hotel, everything you want for your children, food excellent, great idea with 1 euro cups, plenty at the Hotel to keep you occupied, staff
Fabulous hotel. Super clean and lovely staff. Food is great and something for everyone. There is so much to do here and the water park is fantastic (especially the wave pool!) Incredible value for money.
We were very nervous after we read some not so great reviews before coming, but please ignore the negatives. We have loved our stay and have said we’d come again. We think it’s been excellent value for money. We only have one full day left and will be sad to go! Pros Room was clean on arrival, beds were comfy. Shower was a waterfall one and was lovely and easy to use. A nice, albeit small balcony...

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone. Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped. Check...
stayed here many times grat family hotel / food great / easy walking o shoping malls
We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds. The food was not great, same things everyday with a slight change, not much flavour. But I think food and taste is different for everyone. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to what I call the strip, which then leads down to the beach (in all about...
Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined...
We stayed at Hotel Jaime I as a family and overall had a decent experience. The staff were mixed; some were very friendly while others came across quite rude. It did feel like if you could speak Spanish they would engage more, otherwise not as much. The bartenders, however, were excellent, always welcoming and fun to chat with. With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real...
I was on the reserve as to what to expect from this resort hotel. But to my surprise a solid 4 star. Even in peak season it was reasonably quite for a good night rest. Lots of entertainment durning the night and day. Food was excellent. Workers are very friendly. I just didn't give a 5 star because of location (which is still very close to beach). Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.
Just a one night experience meeting friends, staff were very good and evening meal and breakfast both buffet style help yourself was enjoyable and plenty of choice. First time to Benidorm, and first visit at the Sol Pelicanos. A couple of negatives, check in was very slow but I think they had issues with the computers, so you maybe best if you can check in online before you get there. The apartment was nice, clean, and check in was easy. The breakfast was good and near to town. My only one minor complaint was there was not any wifi in the apartment. I only stayed for one night, but this would have been a problem if the stay had been longer. Overall would recommend this hotel.
For a short stay had everything we needed.
It had lovely large swimming pools with beautifuly kept gardens . The view we had was amazing

We had a blast here. Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful. Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room. Nice place with a swimming pool. It has a very good breakfast and a nice lobby.
The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes from the beach with its restaurants and the entire entertainment district. The hotel met my expectations, although the price was a bit high.
I love this hotel I stayed here in april/may its ideally located and has everything you need. I prefer a top floor room due to noise above both ither than that it's perfect. Great selection of food and drinks, all inclusive meals are delicious. Staff are very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfortable.
Incident with the first room which had a strange smell, I asked for a change of room and they forced me to pay extra!! Basic breakfast.
I liked being in the hotel, that's why we booked the same we stayed in 2023. We generally enjoy staying there and thinking of next year probably trying the Algarb one, because its closer to the sea. The team in the hotel are all amazing, even the cleaning ladies, so enjoyed a lot, also because it was the week of my birthday. Cheers
The check-in experience was very good. The front desk of Simona was very friendly. I checked in in advance and delayed my check-out time. She is a very lovely lady. I hope I can give her a raise. My friend likes her so much that she really wants to kiss her. The variety of breakfast is also very rich.

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.
I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard. Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.
Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.
A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights. Overall, the hotel was good for the price. I really liked the food, and I definitely recommend choosing the half board option—it’s worth it. The food was very good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is decent, and while the hotel doesn't offer its own parking, I was able to find a spot about a 10-minute walk away. The main downside was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.
Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.
Great one night stay last minute. Parked on street outside. Free overnight and Sundays! Room was very dated, but clean and reasonably priced
A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.
Good location. Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help. All in all this hotel is very good. My recommendation!

A great hotel, rooms are an adequate size with a nice balcony. The shower is amazing. Food is nice enough for a buffet style, we are half board but we can switch our evening meal out for lunch. Although the hotel’s slogan says “We would like you to feel like your home,” we did not feel comfortable at all, as smoking was allowed everywhere. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking...
The staff are the best team of people; everyone is so friendly and polite. The food is very good. The evening entertainment is good, though it finishes early (midnight). The hotel is a short walk to the town centre and the beach; it's a short 5-minute walk over the road. I'd highly recommend this hotel and Salou.
Absolutely Brilliant Holiday! 🌟 We had an amazing stay at 4R Playa Park in Salou! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and super helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff kept us laughing all holiday with their great sense of humour and fun vibes. The pools were fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for both adults and kids. The children’s facilities...
Beautiful hotel and staff are very friendly. Food was very good and catering for everyone. Would recommend

This was our first time as a family the day we came there was a beautiful thunderstorm, did cut all power and water and some stupid kids drinking and one fell and passed away.. we loved being at this hotel the staff were absolutely lovely so friendly. The atmosphere was great the entertainment for children was so good the women were so nice and friendly and great with kids.. beds were so comfy our...
Had a fantastic time with the family at hotel Samba. Great pool, lovely food and staff. Was very busy with lots of school parties and dining was manic staff finding it hard to keep up with demand for clean plates/bowls but the choice and quality of food excellent. Staff work really hard and there should be more staff on bars. Entertainment team work hard and we had fun doing aqua aerobics. Reception...
Okay, just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.
I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Thank you Samba staff!
Hiba was truly the best animator! She always has a beautiful smile that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help. Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!
I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party. He’s fun, charismatic, and genuinely makes the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have Miguel as your animator, prepare yourself for good vibes...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the place was extremely family friendly. The food was great so many choices and the staff were always helpful. There was enjoyable entertainment every night, which made the stay even better. Shoping center near 10min. walk, Aldi next door. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach, but they provide a bus service...
We love this hotel. This is our 3rd year back. The entertainment team are fantastic. Matea, Silvia, Davide,Greta,Omar bring the energy, fun , and great exercise in and around the pool. Can’t wait to come back again.
Stayed for a week at the end of November. I couldn't fault the hotel; for a 3-star, it had everything you needed. The hotel staff were great, especially the entertainment team. They were full of energy and made each day and night fun. There was a mini disco at night for the kids and then an entertainment show afterward for the family. The staff at the bar at nighttime did not stop and were always friendly...
i have come to this hotel for 3 years in a row now and it never disappoints me and my family, so many friends we have met because of this hotel and my favourite is the entertainment team, always have good activities and such a friendly atmosphere. the food is amazing and have such variety.
Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.
Amazing reception staff as always. Dani, Pepi, Maribel and all the others, sorry don’t know all names. They always go above and beyond on every visit we’ve made here (40 now). The cleaners work tirelessly to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy along with stair wells and hallways. Also cleaning toilets and restaurant areas. Restaurant, kitchen and pool bar staff are always polite and friendly, and...

Easy to check in and great breakfast
I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion? Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.
Great hotel, good staff, good facilities, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, clean, amazing breakfast/brunch 10/10
Great hotel but wish we had a balcony. Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice. Clean and comfortable. Prices in hotel bar reasonable. Central to square, bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.
It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.
Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.

This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. Special HELLO to Osvaldo from Latvia! Also special thanks to another two guys with gray hair and glasses. They are also nice and always great service.
We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high...
The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.
The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.
Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room booked). Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...
Pretty weak. It's saved by the location. Service, cleanliness, and facilities are all average.
