It is a nice & clean hotel. Walking distance from the train station and Bernabeu stadium. Very good option to stay in after watching a late football match.

The breakfast was very rich and varied.

Stayed here for one night during a layover. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to all terminals at Madrid Airport, which is very convenient, taking about 15 minutes to reach T4. The hotel itself is quite large. It's a bit far from the city center though.

Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

Lovely place for families with big swimming pool and animations.. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location near the Water park and Park of other kids activities

Honestly this place was ok. The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

My wife and I invited our second granddaughter to this hotel for two nights for her 7th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the help of the amazingly professional entertainers. The life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. The live shows so full of artistic quality were a fantastic treat for kids...

On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...
