Really Barcelo gets 3 for value for money. This should be a great location, however my first impression on arrival is, I'm a Sausage being processed by the machine. It's all great. But had i bought it all individually, food, room, drink... it would have been better... without the butchers welcome on the first day or the excessively long walk to the room from reception.

Rooms with good space (we were 2 adults and 2 kids with 4 and 8) but some of the room utilities showing some wear and tear issues, but nothing was a blocker. The breakfast was very rich and varied.

Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.

Booked this hotel for Taylor Swift's concert. There are plenty of breakfast options. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu. It's also very safe at night. The public security nearby is also good. It's no problem to walk back at night.

This beautiful place is a quiet retreat where you can relax in the courtyard, swim in the pools, walk in the gardens and enjoy the fairly decent food and drink. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

The property was 5 star adults only. But its grounds were limited and its rules were unnecessarily restrictive. For instance we paid for a late checkout to 2.00pm. But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time. We could also not have any al a carte dining during the 5 days we stayed whereas when we go to Sandals, the AI Is available right to the time of leaving the hotel.

They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. The hotel pools are amazing, clean and with plenty of sun beds. My only comments would be that the kids food options need improving. The bolgnaise sauce was watery with hardly any meat and the lasagne was not fresh but the frozen type.
