Disrespectful receptionist! Unreliable! Bad service! Would say one star is overrated for this hotel! When you reserve a room that has no electricity, no lights, and no working air conditioning, and they refuse to compensate you and instead blame you for not reporting it in the morning since we came late to the hotel! The receptionist is a nasty character who doesn’t speak only Spanish with loud and dirty tone! Despite the fact that they only had a room for two people when we had reserved one for three, they still charged us 30 euros for the third person.

Second time here! Great price, nice facilities, air con included, the workers are pretty relaxed! Would recommend to a friend looking for an excellent value for money San Antonio option

Very expensive for what you get in term of service and location, difficult to find parking spot. You might be insulted by the receptionist guy and his poor communication skills.

I wouldn’t recommend you to stay at this hotel if you are looking to have a pleasant vacation! Communication is very bad.

Great price, great location, supermarket and ATM outside of the hotel, my room is small but clean and has everything I need including a fridge, which I wasn't expecting. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The only let down is the walls are thin so I can hear people making noise in the corridor

Surprisingly good. For a one star hostel, the beds are some of the comfiest I've slept in that compare with some 4 star hotels. It's fairly basic but clean and in a decent location. Would recommend for anyone on a budget.

This place is not very far from the happenings in San Antonio, it is walking distance to the bars and bus station. There's an ATM and supermarket across the road which is very handy. The inside facilities are very functional and clean. Working lift and air conditioning. I am satisfied with my stay in their single room, nice architecture I must say. They also have a luggage storage room and a common bathroom/toilet. This is quite good if you've already checked out and want to shower before your flight. They also printed my boarding pass for free. The only downside of this place is the sound proofing. You will hear people and doors banging from the corridors. Most guests are quiet anyway so this didn't really bother me. Would recommend this hostel if you want convenience and comfort in a reasonable price. €67/night in summer.
