The hotel was quite clean. The room had a noticeable fresh, clean smell. The bathroom was also clean, and the air conditioning worked very well.

However, I think they should consider hiring more cleaning staff. Even though the rooms are only cleaned every other day, they still seem to struggle to have them ready on time. We were unable to check in at the scheduled time because our room wasn't ready, and we were told that it would only be ready around two hours after the official check-in time.

Apart from this issue, everything was very good and we had no other complaints.

We had a good experience! The staff were really nice and helpful. The walls in the rooms at quite thin so can be noisy at times.

Very clean room.

On Trip.com, the hotel advertises a pool, but it doesn't exist! Housekeeping was done once in four nights. The trash was never emptied.
Towels were changed once. The sheets had yellow stains.
No shower gel!
Comfortable bed and decent location for the island and the price.

Very positive experience except for the very noisy neighbour
