Apartamentos La Moraña in Puerto del Carmen

On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly security guard who checked us in and showed us to our room. We stayed in apartment 502 with a sea and pool view, which was lovely. The apartment was very spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage for clothes. The The location is excellent, with two supermarkets just a 5-minute walk away, along with plenty of bars and restaurants offering reasonably priced, lovely food. There’s also a bowling alley and pool tables on the front, which is great if the weather isn’t good. The beach is just across the road, and the pool area itself was nice. One downside was that many people were reserving sunbeds early and not returning until midday. Although there were signs saying sunbeds shouldn’t be reserved, this rule wasn’t enforced, even though the lifeguard was present. During our one-week stay, we only had one clean and one towel change, which was a bit disappointing. The hill to the property isn’t too bad to climb, but it can be slippery when it rains. You can hire an iron for free (with a €20 deposit), and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. However, there aren’t many plug sockets in the apartment. The WiFi worked well, especially in the living room. Overall, we had a good stay and would return, as the location is brilliant for everything.

My first time visit and I absolutely loved this accommodation. Perfect location hill not too bad. Apartments have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and accommodating big shout out to Mo in the pool bar works non stop cooking and serving. Food very good and all reasonable priced. Came for 7 days wished it was longer. Lots of sunbeds. location to various bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away. Thank you to all the staff at the Morana had a great holiday already booked to return next year.

Great location. View from the pool area of the sea/beach is amazing. Some rooms a little out dated.

Just spend 3 nights in La Morana,spacious apartment and very quiet even though we were practically on the strip.Staff were so nice especially lady on reception she was so helpful.I will definitely be back to stay again in 2026.

Arrived late at night to very welcome member of staff. Apartment was great and probably the best we have had so far near kids pool on 1st level. Cafe great with happy hour which is new. Location up cardiac hill, however easy route up towards rendezvous pub with a stop off, brilliant. We've been to La Morana many times and will keep going back, staff all nice and housekeeping every 2 days, loyalty scheme ideal.

Currently here nice basic apartment clean all you need great location Staff very friendly and helpful girl in reception (dark hair) very polite and helpful Thankfully we have 2 more bookings this winter with them will be returning next winter 10/10

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and consist of two single beds pushed together, with firm mattresses. There was no air conditioning in our apartment, however this was available for a small fee and fitted by outsourse contractors. The apartment was equipped with a fan which we used in the bedrrom as well as opening a window one in the bedroom. We had a great view of the pool area and a sea view. There was free WiFi available in the room and a TV, which we never had on. Remote control was available for a small fee. Pool area Pool is fresh water and a decent size. It is a little cold to begin with but you get used to it once your in. Sunbeds are in short supply during busy periods, a small amount are around the pool area, and more in the solarium. We did find that the sunbeds dont go completely flat, so we got a bit of a sore neck. Although we did find that the newer sunbeds around the pool area went flat so were more comfortable. Dining Area Staff on site are so friendly and welcoming. Menu is quite small, ranging from burgers to salads. Not much choice for people with allergies/intolerances, and are not marked on the menu. Have lovely selection of smoothies, soft drinks, alcohol and water. The food is really good and generous portions. The cappuccinos in the morning were lovely, with and without the cream on top! They take cash and card payments which was very handy. Location Located handily near the main strip on cardiac hill, could be a problem if someone has mobility issues. We also had to climb 2 sets of stairs to get up to the apartment. The apartments sit opposite the R2 Bahia Kontiki and slightly downhill from the Atlantis Los Lomas. There is a small shop that sells the essentials as well (Albatross). Overall an excellent holiday and we will be returning in the future. Looking forward to it as always.

Once again Staff at La Moraña Apts fulfilled all of our requests to ensure that our bi-annual holiday in Lanzarote was as enjoyable and pleasant as it always is. A great well run complex which is convenient to all the amenities in Puerto del Carmen.

We stayed here and initially were housed in an apartment right by the pool bar area, so we asked to be moved. The next day we were given an apartment with a stunning sea view, which we absolutely loved. The staff here could not have been more helpful, particularly Blanca, so much so we have booked to return next year. The pool bar was really handy for snacks throughout the day!
