for what u pay its clean tidy. pools are grt and the staff are lovely. 3rd time we have been and would come back again. we always go self catering rooms are basic but clean and have everything u need in them. love this place. close to everything along the strip

Great place and so easy to deal with, from booking to leaving everything was so easy the rooms as to be expected for a spanish apartment same as you get everywhere for that price. I took my wife and step daughter and I will definitely be back as the location is great and cardiac Hill isn't as bad as they say. A 5 minute walk to some great restaurants and bars, thank you and see you all again soon

Very surprised these are only 2 star, Absolutely spotless clean beds are comfy,Very spacious,Staff are very friendly, lots of pools to choose from , Very happy with our stay Only down fall is the hill but taxis are very cheap just 3euro. Will definitely come again great value for money.

We stayed here for 10 nights in early Jan 26, we had a huge recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, in the upper pool area, away from the big pool whi8is also the noisy area. I would ask for rooms in the 500s or 600s , 500 rooms are ground floor and better in my opinion. 600s are 1st floor room's with a small balcony which doesn't always get the ☀️. Our rooms were 2 double with 2 single beds in each! Safe cost 3euro a day and TV remote was 10 aero deposit so you get this back when checking out. TV channels are all in Spanish or German except bbc1, itv, ch4 and ch5. Bathroom and shower was excellent. No heating or a/c but neither needed in Jan, I did my research on this before booking this hotel. All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely book it again. Oh and 1 more thing, Cardiac hill 🤣 this hotel sits at the top of a short steep hill locally called CARDIAC HILL, but don't be worried, we walked it twice a day, it's not that bad.

This is a great budget hotel - lots of places are out pricing stays in Lanzarote, especially during the Xmas and New Year period, but these apartments were value for money. They are fully self catering so be aware they do not provide toiletries or dishwashing soap - Mercadona is only a few mos walk away and great value for money, or take some small bottles with you. The rooms are a great size, large shower in ours (145) and I found the beds comfy - kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Small fridge, hob and microwave. The pools are a big plus in this place! Large and very well maintained, water clear and team attending to it daily, Some of the white paintwork around the complex has been damaged with the heavy rains - the maintenance team are doing a fantastic job at stripping and re-painting, working hard everyday! WiFi is additional Housekeeping team were fab! Our cleaner was there daily, towels changed a couples of times in the week, more if I wanted, and beds were clean and well made, excellent team. There is no air-con, this was not a problem for January but it may pose some issues in the hotter months. I would definitely return.

Hotel was in a great location for both the new and old town. Had plenty of pools (even though cold as it was December) Maids very nice and thorough. Apartments were basic but did the job, could have offered an Iron included in the price and also the TV remote has to be obtained from reception for a €10 deposit. WiFi could also be included as €5 per day for 1 device and €7 per day for 2 devices. Would definitely go back again for the price point.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment at the back of the complex. Apartment was massive and had everything we needed for our stay. Maid service almost everyday and beds changed during our stay. Whole complex very clean and tidy. We also purchased the WiFi which worked great for the whole week. My only slight criticism would be the new sofas, no arm rests and no chairs with armrests so not overly comfortable for sitting. Never any trouble getting a sun bed and complex was quiet at night. Overall though, I really can’t fault the place for the price we paid.
