Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.

Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly

Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

My stay at GF Isabel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The facilities were amazing - accommodating to all. Overall it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely be coming back here again that’s for sure!

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Was like a flat- kitchen - lounge area- bedroom with patio doors leading into the verandah and walk in shower/bathroom . Lovely pool area and nightly entertainment that finished by 11. My only concern was would this nightly entertainment finish at the same time in peak season. Would recommend though.

We stayed for a week in a 1 bedroom apartment above the pool bar and overlooking the pool. We gave it 3/5 but would have given it 4 if the plumbing system didn’t periodically produce murky brown water into the bath and the bathroom sink. This is apparently a long standing problem and needs addressed. It’s not a good look! The apartment itself was spacious and clean but the couches are a bit jaded...

Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place. This is our last night here. Staff are very efficient and nice. Daily maid service, plenty of toiletries in bathroom. We have a one bed apartment which is very clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea , promenade & beach restaurants. Love it but it could do with a little re-vamp. Room 2051 No slip mat in Shower I hurt myself. No lamps working in living room, requested at 9am to sort, its 5pm andn nobody has been.. Paint peeling off doors. Its the second time we are staying in this hotel, we were surprised by freshly renovated apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful view of the sea and the inner courtyard of the hotel. Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them . The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier. The sky lounge wasn’t open and this wasn’t clear as to why....

We stayed from 23rd september 2025 until october 3rd we had a lovely time our 2 year old loved the pools and childs entertertainment and all the staff was always so friendly and chating to him which made his day food was nice and always different choices everyday we defenitely will be back again hopefully nxt year x
