Friendly and professional staff praised in multiple reviews for warm service and helpfulness. Several guests highlight the spaciousness and cleanliness of rooms, especially after renovations. The infinity and rooftop pools receive positive mentions for their views and ambiance, particularly by Privilege guests. Food variety and quality improved in recent menus, with specific appreciation for the Tosca restaurant staff. Extensive facilities for families including kids' club, playground, and fresh water pools noted positively. Unclear and inconsistently enforced dress codes, especially affecting all-inclusive guests at buffet dinners. Some rooms and corridors described as dated, needing maintenance and occasional cleanliness issues. Extra costs for amenities like safe rental, pool towels, and access to the rooftop pool impact perceived value. Complaints about noisy rooms and lack of soundproofing affect guests' sleep quality. Mixed reviews on the quality and variety of food in à la carte restaurants and buffet, with some finding it mediocre.

The hotel itself is genuinely lovely and the staff across the resort are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by unclear communication and inconsistent enforcement of policies. We were staying on an all-inclusive basis and were refused entry to the standard buffet dinner on our first evening due to a winter dress code that was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. While I fully accept and agree with a formal dress code for speciality or à la carte restaurants, applying the same standard to a buffet dinner feels excessive. As all-inclusive guests, being denied access to dinner left us with no food options on site, forcing us to eat elsewhere at additional cost (credit where due — SEEN by Oliver nearby was excellent). The following evening, after purchasing long trousers and a polo shirt specifically to comply, we returned at the same time and saw multiple male guests dining in shorts, jogging bottoms, and hooded tops. This raised concerns about inconsistent enforcement, particularly as my original outfit was smart casual tailored shorts and a neat t-shirt. It was also only after arrival that we learned: À la carte restaurants are only included (two per week) for stays of six nights or more The rooftop pool is restricted to Privilege guests or costs €48 per day These limitations were not clearly explained during booking and detract from the value of the all-inclusive package. A real shame, as the hotel and staff deserve better than policies that are unclear and unevenly applied. I’d strongly advise future guests to clarify dress codes and inclusions in detail before arriving.

This is our fifth year at this hotel, we did have reservations about coming back this year due to the menu at the Tosca restaurant as after three weeks with the same choice it became difficult to choose, and the food lacked flavour, not so this year the new menu is a revelation and not sure whether there are new chefs but the food is of a high standard, the staff at Tosca are amazing and treat us like family, thank you.Not sure about the live music though as after five years listening to over the rainbow and other outdated songs perhaps a couple of new songs wouldn't go amiss. As for the main shows isn't it time to keep the lid in Elvis s coffin and let him rest, same goes for Elton John to retire with dignity. There are so many good songs and artists out there today, so come on H10 use your imagination, and don't say your catering for the older clientele because I am 83 but not a Dinasour, otherwise having an absolute blast of a time. Would just like to take issue with previous reviews about tired and dirty rooms.abd corridors, one must appreciate that maintenance in hotels is a 24/7 ongoing job and we are seeing in some corridors the relaying of new carpes, our room is immaculate and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the hotel next door but it is Quiet and with sun until four thirty pm on the seventh floor so our room is always warm. Looking forward to the next eleven days.

Nice location , pools were big with plenty of sunbeds , especially liked the infinity looking out to sea. 99.9% staff amazing , particularly Bryan who served in breakfast area on outside , he looked like a younger olly murs and was cheerful and a laugh . Reception staff a little frosty but not all . Rooms were well appointed and had been refurbished so usb plug points near bed. Food in main hall was a great choice , I had to reheat sausages etc in a microwave that was near bread as I like food hotter. Can recommend the poolside bar it was lovely and food gorgeous. Overall I liked the Hotel it was clean , plenty to do and great location for La Caleta or a boulevard walk into Costa Adeje. We had two rooms but one the view wasnt good (374) as I wanted more sea & pool so we were moved to 356. Niggles are safe in room is charged and no kettle in the room unless high spec room .We also had a mediocre Teppenyakki experience spoilt by waitress but the food was lovely and chef brilliant . Overall we'll go back but choose a Superior room as the extra's included worth it .

This is a very good mid-priced hotel. Staff are very attentive and hotel as a whole is good. However on arrival was place in a basement room in a wing that was undergoing renovation. This was resolved once we complained but should not have been placed in this predicament in the first place. We booked with Jet2 who we would highly recommend but the hotel was just trying it on by allocating a below standard room in the first p[lace.

Our first impression of the hotel walking to our room and it didn’t get any better. Our junior suite had brown stains on the chair and sofa and the floor was dirty. The pillows are lumpy and very old.
