Cosy and modern hotel in an Arabic-Moorish style with tropical gardens and comfortable rooms. Has a step area. Recommended for those who prefer peace and comfort, and for foodies and for a romantic getaway.
Built: 1987
Located on the Atlantic ocean, 100 metres from San Eugenio, 20 km from the southern airport of Tenerife, in 80 km from the North airport, 200 m from the yacht club and 100 meters from the resort center of Costa Adeje, 250m from the beach (closer and easier to walk along the promenade to the beach La Pinta right on the beach of Grand Tinerfe to the left of the hotel).
At the reception there are Russian-speaking staff.
Consists of a 6-storey building.
The hotel has 390 rooms. There are 5 rooms for people with disabilities.
Beach: public (Playa El Bobo) sand 250 m from the hotel (2nd shoreline. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge. Pool towels: free of charge. The beach is 160 m.

The hotel is on the shore of a private Beach Club "Las Rocas" (adults only) where there is a swimming pool with sea water, sun terraces, umbrellas and sun loungers (free). To the Beach Club is a passage with a gate, card for passage and towels at check-in. There is also a seafood restaurant with a magnificent view of the ocean. The transition is a small SPA center with a large selection of massages.

Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again. Meanwhile, couples and young families are wandering around searching, or making do with a single bed. Needs to stop.
The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage. We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it.
We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out.
Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel. If you’re staying in Adeje, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
My only complaint? That I can’t give it more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It feels like you’re swimming in a tropical jungle, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush greenery. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun.
The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and very well taken care of.
Even though there’s no direct beach access, it didn’t matter at all — the overall experience was more than perfect. Everything about this place feels special.

Sadly lacked tea & milk supplies so were often unable to make ourselves breakfast tea.
When mentioned we were brought coffee & flavoured teas but unfortunately not what we needed .
The food was excellent as were the restaurants & staff, well looked after, nice relaxing music made the ambience special.
The pool area was overcrowded , not helped by people being allowed to put towels on to save beds!! Sometimes rows of beds were left unused for hours . Pool attendants allowed this despite seeing people searching for beds . Definitely needs looking into. Spoils the lovely area.
All in all though a lovely hotel.
Breakfast is fantastic and service is really good.
The only big down side for us that the once beautifully heated pool is now freezing cold, which is a real shame. It appears that many people have complained and the hotel’s promises to deal with it is merely lip service.
To make matters worse, when we complained we were offered two free cocktails by way of an apology, but when we checked out we were made to pay for them as there was no record of our conversation!
Would definitely return though, but only if they do something about the pool!

Must notice that most dishes are fish. There are however choices for meat lovers. The beef sirloin was lovely, so was the desert (picture attached).
Overall, 2 starters, 2 main, 1 desert and water, soft beverages and coffee costed just about 100 EUR for those who are interested.
All food served is fresh and the cakes are to die for.
The Sunday lunch is not to be missed, but make sure you reserve a table so not to be disappointed
