Met at reception by attentive staff, bags taken to the room which was lovely although looked directly into the street where people could look straight into the room if the curtains were open..
Rooms were cleaned everyday but nothing was replaced if it had been used.
Restaurants were a let down even as Platinum customers, if you booked the table for 8pm the staff tried to hurry you up stating the kitchen closed at 9pm where the normal restaurants stayed open later!!! This was very frustrating when you think tha we paid more for the platinum experience. Also when in the bars and asking for a drink the staff would repeatedly say”My colleague does that” and you’d wait for ages to be served at a table.
Would I stay again, probably not as when paying for a premium service I’d expect to be treated better and not rushed, this was the same with breakfast as well.

My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous. The sun-beds had to be booked the day before this was a great system no anxiety trying to get a bed! We went half board we were told we could swap an evening meal for lunch, we tried to do this on our last day as we wanted to eat out, we were told we had to book it the day before, I appreciate rules etc, however the restaurant was never full to capacity the food was plentiful, we thought due to our ignorance of the rules they would make an exception. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel and excellent location. Food and staff are very good. Evening entertainment was good but as a pair of pensioners it would be better if it was a little earlier. The bathroom area was not to out liking, I may be old fashioned but I don't want to be observed in the bath and certainly don't want to be able to hear someone in the toilet. What if the room being shared with is a friend and not a partner. Gripe over, I would stay here again but maybe in a different room.

Perfect location for beach and cafes, restaurants, shops . Very clean hotel everywhere inside and out . Staff are exceptionally efficient. Drink orders taken , and bar tenders bring to table. Good gym. Pool was too cold to use. Pool towels are very large and thick . Bed very comfy . We had no noise on level 3 on the side. Very friendly atmosphere , the staff cannot do enough for you. All are very helpful and bar staff are great with their jokes. Booking system for sunbeds so no one can put towels to save . Great value for money . Food was allways fresh and a large selection . House wines really nice as were spirits, beers etc on all inclusive . This was our first time in a Princess hotel and we will be going next year . Also looking at other locations .

This is my fourth visit to the Guayarmina in as many years. The past three years I have visited with my parents and we always have a good time. The service is always excellent from the staff there and it's great to see a lot of the same people still work there. I try to get everyone's names that I have met there, but have probably forgotten a few but please extend thanks to: Nicholas (Platinum Reception) who checked us in, and in no particular order - Guiseppe, Laura, John, Manuel, Jannes, David, Amaral, Ana, Oana, Julietta/Alicia (cleaning) and I have missed so many more out but absolutely everyone there works so hard no matter what area they are in. Please extend an extra special thanks to Justo who is an absolute diamond and a great laugh with his excellent service. Not only does he look after everyone with a joke and a smile, we also observed him helping waiting staff that were clearly still learning the ropes, and he did it with such patience and care. I really hope he is still there next year when I plan to come back again, I miss him already! Is he married? Haha! Once again, thank you ALL for making this another pleasant stay and for all your hard work. You have the best team and I hope to see you all again soon.

From the moment we arrived we began to relax. The Junior Suite (5005) was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, every day. All the Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and polite. The food was delicious and plentiful with different themes for different meals. We highly recommend the Quayarmina Princess Hotel to everyone who just needs to relax and enjoy their surroundings. There is plenty to see and do right on the doorstep. We shall definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic hotel. We came for two weeks in a Platinum Junior Suite. We were in room 1017 on the ground floor which was a beautiful room. Initially we were disappointed with our view as we we looked out onto a wall. However, the room location could not have been better. We were very handy for the cheeky little back door that led onto the prom and handy for the lifts up to the pools. Breakfast in the Platinum Restaurant was a complete game changer. Very calm and quiet. Sitting out on the terrace with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice was just heavenly. Great choice of breakfast items plus the cooked range was a la carte. We ate in The Roast a few times which is great if you’re a meat eater. The mixed grill was ENORMOUS. We like our meat well done so our lovely waiter Javier brought us out a hot stone so we could cook it more, what a lovely touch. Dinner in the Platinum Restaurant was also beautiful, especially overlooking the sea. We only ate once in the Market Restaurant once, a great choice of foods but having been spoiled in the other restaurants, I cannot make much of a comment. The Rooftop pool was just fantastic, very chilled and the beds were lush. The Platinum pool was gorgeous, big enough to get a swim in and great for people watching. The staff are just amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean. Having the bath in the middle of the room was a novelty. I never normally have a bath whilst abroad but I had 2 lovely baths during our stay which was divine. We had a really lovely relaxing time and have booked again for next September.

This was a great holiday. We were so impressed by the hotel. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Location was excellent as you leave the back of hotel you were basically on the beach. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed, but they are singles pushed together. We had no issues with noise level, everything went quiet by midnight.A great atmosphere in the day plenty of places to sit and get some sun. All the staff were very helpful and engaged with us in what seems a genuine way. Food was very good but a little repetitive. Very good drinks available which definitely helped. I would happily recommend this to any couple. We think this was a great value and will definitely be returning.

Our holiday was for just a week starting on 16th September. First impressions of the hotel exterior was very good…. & we weren’t disappointed! We upgraded to Platinum Club with a Junior suite which had wonderful benefits starting with a separate check-in/out desk. There was always lots of food in the buffet at breakfast time & always hot. The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you….. if you ever had one! We will definitely be revisiting the hotel for a holiday in the future. Our thanks go out to each & everyone who work at The Guayarmina Princess. Kindest Regards Ann & Tony Smith

Just returned yesterday from a 10 day visit, we were blessed with the weather. What a fabulous holiday from start to finish. We booked Platinum Club A/I, at the time I thought it was expensive but in hindsight it was very reasonable. Everything about the hotel is perfect - location, accomodation (front facing room), food and it's lovely to meet staff who obviously love their jobs. The app the hotel uses is so helpful and easy to use whether it's booking the restaurants or sunbeds, no stupid queuing early in the mornings. We enjoyed the experience that much that we have already booked for later in the year. The adults only was another plus as we don't have children.

Ordered a dry-aged rib-eye on the bone for 23.40€. It was decently cooked, although a little too pink for a medium well. Steaks menu was otherwise also nice.

** TIP: The waiter advised while we were paying that we could have asked for a table grill to cook the steak ourselves. **

My parents went for mussles and a pasta (which was hand made), they were both very happy with their choice.

Ok alcohol-free drink, for my taste the alcohol free choices could be better.

Waiters were very friendly, though at times not attentive. The waiter told us before we left that they were severely understaffed for the amount of guests.

Big place with big steaks. You feel a wee bit lost in the mix when the restaurant has 70000 tables but the waiters did a good job and both food and drink came in reasonable time.

We brough along a sleeping baby in a stroller which was no problem but the music was loud so that is something to be aware of if you got small children.

Food was excellent. One in the party ordered the ribs and said it was the best he’d ever had.

Good, typical steakhouse :)

We had a good lunch here. There was enough served. It was tasty and the staff did their job well. I consider the price a little to high for the quality of the food. Therefore there is one star reduced. The price to quantity ratio is fine.

Overpromise, underdeliver! This place did not impress us. We had to send back the sirloin steak twice. We ordered the steak medium rare, but got it well done. When they came back with new ones they were almost raw. They then took it back but did not change the steaks but just cooked them again despite us having sliced them through the middle. Avoid this place!

Restaurant is very noisy and they don't really wash the dishes. I ordered chicken and I got raw chicken. I cannot recommend this place.
