They said it was not a problem to come inside and we were in awe of all the awesomeness inside. We ofcourse bought something and looked in every angle we could and got some information. Great hotel even for visitors

It was so nice and worth the price, I enjoyed my birthday in HR, it’s just that the photos are too expensive and not printed in good quality. Overall Hard Rock you rally Rock!

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

Every member of staff encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Listened to some great live music. Only hotel that openly encourages guests to buy drink from outside to use in your room

Amazing resort with great sea views. The breakfast spread is amazing. A little away from main places in Tenerife but bus stop is very nearby and taxi stand is just outside. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip

We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!

Fantastic location, very central. Loved that you could book your sunbeds a couple of days in advance, so there were no sunbed wars at 7am, and you could choose where you wanted your sunbeds

So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Santiago, Carmela and Oscar were fantastic at the pool area and managing the sunbed reservations. Their customer service was excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their help

There was always a staff member at the pool to help with bookings if needed assistance and we never had any trouble finding a bed - Carmella gets a special mention!!! The food was good and varied and the alcohol and soft drinks free flowing

Very beautiful and neat hotel, right at the center of everything. Close to the beach, to all the amazing activities. And the view, it is breathtaking

Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication

Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars

Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians

The food was incredible, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and the bar/restaurant staff were so professional and fast even though my husband insisted to practice his terrible Spanish with them

Been three times now and it never disappoints. Evening entertainment, daytime entertainment for adults and kids, good location for Adeje amenities and Fanabe beach. Staff are good and the facilities are good too

The rooms were clean and the service was satisfactory, but it was quite expensive.

And they came and cleaned it up quickly , so the kids didn't get hurt. The entertainment when you're buy the pool , they are fun and a Energetic great with kids adults

Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent

The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back

Love the all inclusive option and the activities offered. Many diff pools to choose from. It ddnt feel crowded. Staff is amazing and service is fantastic.

Booking system for sunbeds so no one can put towels to save. Food was allways fresh and a large selection. House wines really nice as were spirits, beers etc on all inclusive

My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous

Pool towels are very large and thick. We had no noise on level 3 on the side. Very friendly atmosphere , the staff cannot do enough for you. All are very helpful and bar staff are great with their jokes

The sun-beds had to be booked the day before this was a great system no anxiety trying to get a bed! We went half board we were told we could swap an evening meal for lunch, we tried to do this on our last day as we wanted to eat out, we were told we had to book it the day before, I appreciate rules etc, however the restaurant was never full to capacity the food was plentiful, we thought due to our...

Perfect location for beach and cafes, restaurants, shops. Very clean hotel everywhere inside and out. Staff are exceptionally efficient. Drink orders taken , and bar tenders bring to table

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. They should change pillows and bedding. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things

The hotel is very exotic, with lots of vegetation, large hallways and open spaces to hide away from the sun. One at 0 level for everyone including kids and one on the roof, adults only (the best!!)

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

The room was spotless and very convenient. The pools were lovely. Staff were very good. Food was very nice. Drinks also.

The hotel was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful, every single staff member were smiling all the time, even when they had worked a lot of hours, nothing was to much trouble for them, right across the board, restaurants staff, bar staff house keeping staff , entertainment staff, all of them an amazing team that made our hoilday perfect

It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect

Room was too far for my husband to walk to the main areas. However the staff changed it for us. Very helpful.

Highlights: - Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well - Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further - Pools and grounds are lovely and well-maintained, you could be anywhere - Food is good for AI, including the 4 a la cartes … just book restaurants early on day 1 - Entertainment was really good, with live music every night and pool games most days...

we were never managed to get a bed by the front in the whole week we stayed, seating by the pools felt a bit overcrowded and beds packed in - No adults only pool at the moment, this was a pull for us but it was closed due to refurb - Soft drinks were flat, would expect this to improve with new equipment after the refurb - Location is quiet (which we expected) … if you are wanting to go out locally...

Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Or just get a cheaper hotel and it wont be far off this place. If it's booked don't worry you will still have a decent holiday

Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate

Stayed room 6006 then moved to 5206 because of dirty water. 5206 had a bad cockroach infestation. Was only in it for 3 nights but seen at least 10 per night. Could have prob pushed to move again

The hotel is a complex with a large choice of swimming pools on the sea front a few minutes walk to La Caleta in one direction and el Duque the other direction There is an a La carte restaurant and a Japanese restaurant as well as a buffet restaurant and pool bar restaurant There is a varied menu in them all and a lovely piano bar to meet old friends and new as well as a privilege lounge if you wish...

This is our fifth year at this hotel, we did have reservations about coming back this year due to the menu at the Tosca restaurant as after three weeks with the same choice it became difficult to choose,and the food lacked flavour, not so this year the new menu is a revelation and not sure whether there are new chefs but the food is of a high standard, the staff at Tosca are amazing and treat us like...

abd corridors, one must appreciate that maintenance in hotels is a 24/7 ongoing job and we are seeing in some corridors the relaying of new carpes,our room is immaculate and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the hotel next door but it is Quiet and with sun until four thirty pm on the seventh floor so our room is always warm

Not sure about the live music though as after five years listening to over the rainbow and other outdated songs perhaps a couple of new songs wouldn't go amiss

The service from the whole team has been warm and welcoming, the food has been delicious and the hotel itself has everything you could want for a week in the (very hot) sunshine

As for the main shows isn't it time to keep the lid in Elvis s coffin and let him rest, same goes for Elton John to retire with dignity

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

Lifts or stairs are available from level 5, which is restaurant and reception down to -1, which is the pool area and well-being centre. As with most AI buffets, it could have been hotter

We had an all inclusive week in January to dodge the miserable uk winter. It was a wonderful break in glorious sunshine made even better by this fabulous hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful

You have an “a La Carte” fresh cooked breakfast in this area too, and I was soon a convert to this versus the main buffet. There’s less choice, but it’s much more relaxing eating here

The quality of the food in the buffet is excellent and varied for each meal. There is always an option to have something cooked fresh and a huge selection of everything else

Lovely grounds, very well maintained and fab to sit by the pool with a small, but well stocked bar. The rooms are big, with a sofa and desk alongside the massive bed but are not crowded

The service at the Level reception also left nothing to be desired. The location of the hotel is wonderfully quiet, and both the variety and quality of the food and beverages far exceeded our expectations

There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool

A special mention goes to the animation team, who are passionate and open people, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. The hotel offers plenty of relaxation areas, a clean pool, and lots of sunbeds

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around

Hotel is in a fab location with the beach on your doorstep and water parks. Lastly I’d like to mention Eidel, for his creative energy and patience making character pancakes in the buffet

Last minute booking and delighted with the choice. I travelled with my Mother, Daughter and Grand Daughter. Staff have all been amazing from the waiting staff, chefs, reception and the activity staff

Amazing stay at the Bouganville, Tenerife! We had an incredible holiday at the Bouganville. The service was honestly outstanding – every member of staff was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble

Juliet also truly stood out—she had such a positive aura and a warm, welcoming presence, always greeting guests with an amazing smile. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value

Great place to stay) Breakfast buffet all day with a wide range of food is fascinating spirit, and the view is just amazing - many Russian-speaking families), however, quite a big minus is the location for other beaches 20-30 minutes to go, than this hotel is inferior to the mighty and irresistible jardines de nivaria

Large hotel in the centre of Costa Adeje. Complex with rooms and apartments. Inside a lot of greenery, pools of deep, medium and children, bar, evening events for adults. Always crowded. Next to the Mercadona store.

The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Excellent Fantastic staff all round. Cant fault anything. Hopefully they dont change the vibe during the refurb next year.

There are faults the hotel is a 4 star and it is a big hotel the all inclusive only provides local drinks and I'm sure the premium drinks would not add much extra and having easier access to fresh water would have been better than having to queue at the bar but definitely this hotel and it's staff provided an enjoyable holiday

The staff are personable and interactive with guests in the most pleasant way. Namely Mirian who worked at the pool area. So cheerful and very attentive to guests, a joy to see in the area

First time staying in anthelia and it won’t be the last. Fabulous hotel wirh amazing facilities. Rooms are spacious and lovely, restaurants are great options for all diners

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits

Second visit to reception they gave us a new key which didn’t work but they asked a maintenance man to come up and help. By which time the kettle had arrived

As soon as we got to the room, we tried the key to the safe which didn’t fit and my partner had to go down to reception again to ask them about it

It is an older clientele early season with May onwards the animation team have pool foam parties water polo and so much more. Looking forward to our return in August for our second two week stay

We had booked the H10 as it was All Inclusive and Adults only. As an older couple we wanted a bit of peace and quiet and that is what we got

The hotel was very helpful in everything we wanted and apart from a few teething problems, we had a great stay. When we checked in, we asked for a safe and because we had booked a Superior room, we had it for free

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area

Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

The suite we stayed at had an amazing view right in front of the ocean ( we were watching the sunset and the sunrise every day) the balcony was like a football field large with tables, chairs and sun beds, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and always ready to help

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out

The entertainment was great. Not many bars locally but Fanabe isn’t far to walk too. We would have preferred a pool view but none available at time of booking. Room well equipped and shower powerful

From arriving at rui Arecas in October we were treated amazing, staff are the best apart from rui monica, all deserve a pay rise ,hotel lovely food lots of choice no problem with sun beds, waiter service excellent ,if beeing picky should serve food at pool bar at lunch as rui monica do , need to replace towels in room 😀 and softer pillows 😀 but that's me being picky lovely hotel and definitely...

I thought I was going to be able to reserve a bed in a good spot today until the gentleman in front of me managed to cover six beds with towels in one glorious flourish!! The lower area with an infinity pool, terrace bar overlooking the sea is really lovely with a beach like area with sun beds and plenty of shade from parasols and palm trees

This week has been very busy and for the first time we’ve seen the typical hotel rush to reserve sunbeds every morning! This despite the hotel stating it’s not allowed

Big bed, good plumbing, large walk in shower and loads of storage space. The upper pool area has two large pools with loads of sun beds and plenty of shade

The food has improved since our last visit. The new staff are great especially Vanessa. The pool area has lots of beds which are spaced out. Authentic food and excellent music

00 for 2 sunbeds with parasol with waiter service for beach bar and food. Costa Adeje is about 45 minutes coastal stroll, which leads on to Las Americas and Los Cristianos where it is very lively

Firstly a fantastic greeting by the reception. The staff in general are and have always been helpful and friendly. We book an exclusive room if possible. Which are in the best location, modern and well appointed

This year's in our opinion was the best to date. Looking forward to our next visit

There is also an outside eating area which we sat every day (however it is a lottery with where you sit) which is lovely and overlooks the sea. There is buffet style dining. Constantly being replaced and topped up

Dining staff were very friendly and polite. Felisa and Jose in particular! Short stroll to beautiful harbour (where there is amazing local restaurants ) Also short walk to rocky beach €18
