Great location! Room had an amazing view . Gave 3 stars because my internet would not connect, no smart tv’s paid for jacuzzi room and the tub did not function properly. There was a very bad smell when the Jacuzzi was turned on.

When I arrived, they told me it didn't say there was a child in the room. I did book it and chose the triple room... in the end, they gave me the room, but I didn't like it at all.

Small rooms that are concerned with posting signs everywhere of what you can’t do instead of providing amenities. Why have so many signs to not put luggage on the desk without adding a luggage rack? Customer service isn’t rude but surely isn’t hospitable. Low priced for a reason but I absolutely wouldn’t be back.

We booked the trip with trip agency so we didnt had the choise to choose our hotel but the hotel is not realy good for our opinion, very basic rooms like bedroom and small shower, but the worst thing was the wifi.
We didnt had any signal from our room and we use all of our esim package for it.

I went through Vitium to spend 3 months in a student residence. The experience was awful from the start we were constantly being threatened about losing our deposit over the smallest bit of dirt. The person we were dealing with was extremely toxic and unbearable. He spoke to me very rudely and behaved in a completely inappropriate way towards clients. He even threw out a polo shirt I had forgotten in my room when I left and didn’t hesitate to insult me. I’m very disappointed with the customer experience I had. This is clearly an agency to avoid.

There was a problem with the cards that opened the room doors, but they solved it virtually with a digital card. The other thing would be to improve the speed of check-in. Everything else was fine, with a beautiful view overlooking Gran Vía.

I’m a traveler from Japan and I stayed there 3 days ago and overall services are great and I love how Receptionist name Daniel and Susana are amazing and Mr. Kris handled me professionally and explained me well. The rooms are clean, good amenities and great breakfast. It exceeded our expectations! I will surely book and stay here for my next travel!
