Great facility and professional services in all aspects.

My favorite transit hotel in Madrid. There is a free shuttle bus. It is close to the airport (10 minutes). It is surrounded by a safe community. There is also a subway station that can be reached by foot and it is not on the airport line, which saves a lot of subway fees.

The shuttle bus is free, but you need to make a reservation directly on their website. It's close to the airport and the subway station.
There's a supermarket nearby that's open on Sundays, which is convenient.
It would be better if there was free water and a kettle in the room.

Because we didn't make an appointment for airport pickup, we couldn't find the hotel's car when we arrived at Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport (it turned out that we needed to make an appointment). We took a U-ride, but the road was full of twists and turns, and the driver drove for nearly half an hour to get us to the hotel. The hotel is very remote, and we would never dare to go there alone at night. Our driver was an African guy, and to be honest, he was scared. We could make an appointment for the hotel's car to leave the hotel and go to the airport. It usually takes an hour. Anyway, I will never stay at this hotel again next time. By the way, the hotel breakfast is good. It's OK.

The hotel's front desk service and breakfast are very good. It's only a few minutes' drive from the airport. If you are in transit, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and will answer any questions.

We were a bit late check in but still able to process , however the reception man was not too polite and we are 3 guests he just offer 1 room key card for us, unreasonable

My husband and I stayed for a night before flying out back to the US. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. It seemed they mistakenly booked a double room for us, and so she swiftly without us even asking, upgraded us to a suite. Room was big, comfortable and clean. They offer shuttle service to the airport.

Stayed overnight before a long haul flight. Good location, close to airport. Beds comfortable, large bathroom with bath and shower. Room was clean and tidy. No kettle for tea in the room but there is a dining room for breakfast, which was reasonably priced and a decent variety of food. Staff friendly and helpful.
