Great location - walking distance to the trail that leads to the nine arch bridge and also to the town shops. Serves a very generous breakfast, it was a bit too much food for me and I wish I had the option to reduce the serving portion. Would recommend for a basic stay that’s affordable :)

The seevice was excellent by F&B Garan, very helpfull, very cooperative..... The room was very much clean and nice....Nowa and Rikas gave warm welcome....such a good staff..they male sure evweytg was on track...100%....And the kitchen was juz wooow....cozy environment...clean...food was awesoomeeee.....Love the chef🥰 Sanjula& Kalana u guys are awesome....Lovely food,cozy environmnt, excellent song list,handsome boys....Worth my visit here....will surely repeat my visit....

We had a wonderful time at 88th Ella. The service there was fantastic, and Esif served us a delicious breakfast with the best juice we’ve ever had; he was very attentive and friendly.

I had an exceptional experience. The food was truly worthy of a top fine dining restaurant. I was genuinely impressed. Every dish was delicious, perfectly executed, and full of flavor. Additionally, the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

I'll start with the location. The hotel is located in the very centre, close to shops, cafes and entertainment venues. The second important thing to note is the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything is fresh and smells nice. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is the most delicious I've tasted in Sri Lanka. There's nothing to complain about! Everything was wonderful. We stayed at two locations in Ella and Nuwara Eliya.

Our hosts couldn't do enough for us! The hotel is a home in the hills with a wonderful view from our room terrace. Food was wonderful and plentiful. They booked tuk tuks for us to and from Kandy and a private tuk tuk tour of the area all so reasonable! I was a bit unwell during our stay and they made me special teas and went to the pharmacy which had me back to full health in no time! Room was spacious, clean and every need was met.

You should totally stay here in Ella! We had an amazing time with our group of 13, and the staff really took care of everyone. Most rooms have awesome mountain views, and it's super close to the city center, just a short walk. Plus, the free breakfast was delicious!

What truly set them apart was their honesty and helpfulness. One of our friends accidentally left their wallet behind; the staff found it, called us immediately, and even couriered it to our next stop. Such amazing, polite, and friendly people.

On a bend many steps to hotel. Hotel can help with bags. Large family room good beds. Shower took ages to heat but good. Great upstairs social verandah

I truly loved the view from our hotel room: verdant mountains, birdsong, and the soothing sound of a nearby stream — it really felt like being in the heart of nature. The receptionist and two staff members kindly carried all six of our suitcases up several flights of stairs to our rooms. Overall, everything was excellent.
