This is my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. The staff here Including Nimesha, Shan, Charuka, Adeesha are all wonderful and very helpful. The Hotel is managed by Eranga and it is very well organised. They are All here to help. This is the 4th time in 4 years that I have enjoyed this Hotel.
The view from the restaurant is Stunning, something very Special. I have recommended the Hotel to my friends and Family and they too have been and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality.

We were warmly welcomed with an avocado mocktail and really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic - just a short walk from the centre and we had a fantastic view of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak.

Ella Peak is a very convenient place to stay, especially because it is within walking distance to the town, around 100 meters. Parking is available, and the area is not busy, which makes it comfortable and peaceful. The hotel is affordable and well suited for travelers. As a local tour guide, I confidently recommend this place for my guests.

This hotel does not live up to any star standards. They appear very helpful at first, but later you realize the charges are much higher than normal. Basic amenities are missing from the rooms, which is disappointing. The manager is quite rude, although a few staff members are polite. Overall, they are trying to establish themselves in the business, but they are not there yet and still have a long way to go

Amazing comfortable rooms, great shower and bed with spectacular views from room and restaurant on top floor.
The food was the best we had travelling Sri Lanka over 6 weeks!!

Great Hotel with all the facilities. Stunning view from the balcony. Very comfortable bedding. Very kind and helpful staff. All fresh and Supper experience❤ This is my 2nd time after 5 years... Thank you Prasad for your kind hospitality. We would definitely come again. Good Luck.

Pros - Beautiful rooms, nice location (7 min walk form town/railway station), delicious breakfast.
Cons - water pooled in the shower, electricity and water would shut off for hours at a time.
Over all experience was lovely for us as we had the whole hotel booked for our group of friends... one of the rooms was a bid dodgy, the door didn't close and no air conditioning.
Wonderful hosts.
Don't walk around at night dogs on the street can get very intense and vicious.

You should totally stay here in Ella! We had an amazing time with our group of 13, and the staff really took care of everyone. Most rooms have awesome mountain views, and it's super close to the city center, just a short walk. Plus, the free breakfast was delicious!

What truly set them apart was their honesty and helpfulness. One of our friends accidentally left their wallet behind; the staff found it, called us immediately, and even couriered it to our next stop. Such amazing, polite, and friendly people.

On a bend many steps to hotel. Hotel can help with bags. Large family room good beds. Shower took ages to heat but good. Great upstairs social verandah

I truly loved the view from our hotel room: verdant mountains, birdsong, and the soothing sound of a nearby stream — it really felt like being in the heart of nature. The receptionist and two staff members kindly carried all six of our suitcases up several flights of stairs to our rooms. Overall, everything was excellent.
