No one should stay here.
It looked nice in the photos and reviews, but when we arrived it was a complete disappointment.
1. It was not clean.
2. The power outlets were not working.
3. Most importantly, the bathroom window could not be closed and the entire bathroom was visible from the corridor.
4. We felt unsafe and left the hotel.
I definitely do not recommend it. No one should stay here.

Good little hotel. Without aircon, it was rather hot and humid inside the room. No frill.

We stayed here for one night and it was very pleasant! The hostess and all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking, but parking is very difficult. The slope is steep. There is no air conditioning in the room.

Service: The front desk helped us buy train tickets at the train station.
Environment: On the mountain, it is recommended to take a tuktuk (350 rubles) when carrying luggage, otherwise you will have to climb the last few dozen meters (70+ degree steep slope) to the hotel, but the hotel environment is good, with a panoramic view of the mountains and small hills.
Hygiene: very clean
Facilities: Average, the toilet cannot be flushed

This is a solid hotel. The staff could smile more but we encountered no problems staying here

The hotel is humble and located in the mountains, at the end of a very steep slope, but close to the station and the center of Ella. The rooms have a bit poor lighting, but are clean. It is a hotel to spend the night and little else

Nice little guest house on a small steep road. Overlooking the train station and in walking distance to Ellas main street. Room was good and good size balcony
