Very very nice and beautiful hotels, a lot of attention has been put into everything. The highlight for us was really the staff, especially Sanjeev, the manager, who really went out of his way to make our stay incredible. The food of the hotel is also to be mentioned, breakfasts in Sri Lanka are usually very similar, and although this one also is, the quality was way above. Their curry … omg their curry is an absolute must try, it was outstanding. So much above all the other ones we’ve tried, and one of the best I’ve had in my life. Only little downside is that the room aren’t isolated and it’s noisy, so don’t be sensitive to noise (I didn’t care personally)

Had a 3 night stay. Fab place to stay. Beautiful view. Very convenient for visiting 9 & 3 Arch bridges, can see train from Hotel rooms Balcony. All Staff were absolutely brilliant couldn’t praise them enough. All worked so hard, great team work also big thank you. Also thank you to Sameera & Chinthaka for keeping our room so clean. Food was outstanding, great choice and introduced us to new flavours as well. Could not fault anything . Well done

Location is great and nice view from the hotel.
Amazing service. Staff was greeting us from the door, helped with luggages, offered us warm towels and tea. Even though we had issue with reservations through Agora application. Sanjif was very kind and helped us to solve the issue. He was always very helpful and supportive.
Also would like to mention Rushan, the manager of the restaurant. He was always there and checking on us all the time, if everything fine.

The rooms are made of wood so the isolation of sound is not very good. If you like to sleep on your vacation, unfortunately it’s not possible. Also it’s better if you have some spray against mosquitoes, because they are also entering the rooms.

We had a very happy, worry-free stay. Professional and extremely helpful management and friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great, the view from the pool lovely and the room spacious and modern with a clean, well-equipped bathroom. The kids especially loved the jacuzzi in the room. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay at in Ella esp if u have a young family w kids. We took a villa suite tat comes with 2 double beds tat fit us a famly of 2 adults & 2 young kids. Rooms & bathroom are spacious & clean, check-in was a breeze and breakfast was superb. Great w kids cos it has prata & noodles which is palatable to kids. We also found the services of all staff to be commendable as they are courteous & attentive. Portions for their ala carte lunch might be a tad too much so order accordingly.
