Checked in early and got out room.. room is good but it was hot.. after one hour still sweating.. place is full. That night repairman came and A/C fixed and a cold night sleep..staff works hard and the place is average but a good price.. pool and restaurant on sight..short walk to beach and beachside restaurants . Worth a look

Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: The hotel's location is convenient, with Madiha Beach and a few pubs, such as Doctor House and 360, within walking distance. This makes it a great choice for beach lovers and those looking for nearby entertainment options. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and maintained, which is always a plus. However, there was a significant issue with the water pressure in the top-floor rooms. It took a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes to take a shower properly, which was quite inconvenient. Dining Experience: We booked three rooms on a room-only basis, assuming we could cook our meals at a nominal cost. However, during check-out, we were surprised to find exorbitant charges per meal. If you plan to cook your meals, I recommend coordinating in advance and ensuring you agree on a flat rate for your stay. Late-Night Entertainment: The hotel has strict rules regarding late-night entertainment. They insist on cutting off all sounds by 2100hrs. This can be a buzzkill for those wanting to enjoy their evenings. We faced an issue with this rule on the day of check-in when the supervisor asked us to lower the volume of our music. The hotel's small block construction also means that even speaking a little loudly can create a significant echo. Group Gatherings: If you're part of a group looking to have a good time, be prepared with alternate entertainment plans. We had to change our evening plans and move to other venues due to restrictions imposed by the owners after check-in. In summary, this small hotel near Madiha Beach offers a convenient location and clean rooms, but it comes with some limitations. Make sure to clarify meal costs in advance, be mindful of noise restrictions, and have backup plans for entertainment if you're traveling in a group.

Good place to stay.. its like a city hotel and compact. But rooms are spacious.
Parking is available 100m away from the hotel.. and rooms are not that quality but its clean. Not recommend for a long stay but it worth for spend the night and enjoy the attraction during the day time.
Service is very good and staff is friendly and helpful
