The Oasis Villa in Hikkaduwa

Without a doubt the best value place to stay in Hikkaduwa!

I intended to stay 1 night and extended to a full week. It really is a serene oasis and so relaxing. Perfect place whether you're surfing every day (beach access across the main road!), sightseeing or just need to kick back and relax for awhile.

The rooms are spacious and the pool amazing. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and everyone that worked there were so incredibly welcoming and lovely.

I only learnt on the last day that one of the staff also has a tuk tuk and charges the same as pickme prices!! He was so lovely, honest and helpful and I regret not taking more trips with him rather than using generic pickme. Make sure you ask him if you need any trips!!

A well managed establishment with great staff and clean rooms. Close to the action and beach.

Nice pool-area, good breakfast and friendly people.
However the groundfloor room is a bit dark and smells a just little bit moldy. Otherwise great place to stay!

This is the third time we have had the most fantastic stay at the oasis villa, rooms are spotless and the swimming pool is one of the cleanest i have ever used, the location is ideal it is set back from the main road on is within 2 minutes walk to the beach , bus stop is just on the road at the entrance to oasis villa and that will take you to galle , come out of the oasis and turn right and a short walk takes you to a supermarket, cash points. And a variety of restaurant's, most all have free WIFI. if you want laundry done the house beside oasis has a laundry service and very reasonably priced .
There is a couple of reviews on here that are false the description of the oasis trashing the neighbour pond are pure rubbish the oasis neighbours are his sister the tandem guest house and a surf hostel , all of which are quiet establishments.
I highly recommend the oasis the staff are wonderful and helpful.
and the location is perfect , the free wifi is good and they have a little book library .

Great place, we stayed here for the second time. The family is very nice, breakfast ist great with fresh fruit, omelette or fried eggs, toast, butter, tomatoes, jam, cream cheese and yoghurt. The garden is nice and well maintained and the pool very refreshing. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big balcony. Plenty of restaurants and the beach are just around the corner. The villa is set back from the busy street so it‘s pretty quiet. I definitely recommend.

Great rooms, stunning pool in an excellent location.

We spend a night in this gorgeous place, room was great, clean, breakfast was super, the only thing they could replace is a bit loud aircondition. But still it was the best hotel on our 2 week journey in Sri Lanka.

Fantastic place to stay in Hikkaduwa! Gorgeous outdoor area with spotless pool and tropical gardens, spacious EXTREMELY clean rooms, wonderfully friendly staff, terrific central location. Many thanks to Kingsley, Chami and the rest of the guys. We had a great time and we will be back!

Very clean and nice rooms! The staff are very cheerful and service minded, always smiling!
Very close to the beach, and quiet at night.
