I went here with people from our office and their families. The service is super, you can stay freely. On the first day, we had a party until 3 in the morning and nobody came to disturb us. No need to talk about it when we got the food, it was very tasty and served hot. We stayed here for three days and it was great. Beautiful view because it is near Gregory Lake. The owner of the hotel is very nice, he can provide us with anything we need.

The services and the food offering are very satisfactory/ the food is very tasty... Sam's Leisure Village is located in a beautiful location and very close to "Gegari Lake".
But on the day I go there, the rooms need to be repaired, especially the hot water taps (room no. 305 - off-season).

The employees are very friendly and the owner is a perfect person who is very flexible and friendly. During my holiday in Sri Lanka, I had an amazing stay at Sam's Leisure Village. The location was great, with an amazing view of Gregry Lake and beautiful tea gardens. The food was delicious, with a lovely traditional Sri Lankan breakfast and a choice of delicious lunch or dinner options. The best part was the evening entertainment, where we enjoyed karaoke and the best Sri Lankan music. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for kids around the hotel. I highly recommend this place as I had one of the best experiences during my stay. Thank you, Sisira Sampath for all the arrangements. 🎤🥰

During my recent vacation, I had the pleasure of staying at Sam's Leisure Village with my family. The location is breathtaking, with a beautiful view that greets you every morning. It is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Lake Gregory.
One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and looked forward to each meal. The quality and variety of the dishes exceeded our expectations, and we felt it was well worth the money.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and I personally plan on returning in the future. I would like to express my appreciation to Sampath and the staff for their excellent service during our stay.

Place is very close to Lake Gregory and view is super nice. They have restaurant as well and food is amazing and taste super good. They do need some renovation inside other than that rooms are super clean and comfy. Room service is amazing as well. They are very friendly and very quick with their service. It indeed worth the price.

I've been here for 2 nights and 3 days. ,I would like to highly recommend this place for holiday leasure. Very friendly predator and workers. As well as I can recommend their food very much. whatever the foods can be provided by them as customer wish. When it comes to room it's very clean and neat. I got 3 person bedroom with lake view, very affordable. Thank you so much and see you soon again with pleasure 😊
