"A charming small hotel that offers exceptional personalized service, led by the wonderful Manager, Deshan. The hospitality here is outstanding. The spacious, clean rooms with inviting balconies provide stunning views of the rolling tea plantations, making for a truly relaxing stay. Perched atop a hill overlooking the lush green plantations, the hotel offers a unique and memorable experience, including the opportunity to walk through the tea fields—truly unforgettable. The talented chef, Mr. Pasan, delighted us with exceptional vegetarian meals that were even better than those we’ve had in some of the most expensive restaurants. To top it off, Deshan went the extra mile by setting up a private cinema just for us, allowing us to enjoy a movie of our choice in a cozy setting. Overall, an extraordinary stay that exceeded all expectations."

Enjoyed my stay and appreciate the warm hospitality by each and every staff. It was very cold when we checked in and the staffs immediately got us a cup of hot tea.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would re visit this property on my next visit to Nuwara Elliya

We enjoyed our stay.! The rooms were cozy and tidy. The balcony view and surroundings are amazing can see mountains clearly in the early morning and sunrise. The mini fridge, electric kettle, and all amenities were perfect including the bathroom. Foods we're okay. Since the top management was more focused on guests'' needs we were very pleased and flexible in fulfilling our requests and we were happy. even though they were short of staff in the kitchen since it's the Sinhala Tamil New Year season peak time. They were prepared awurudu sports fun events on the 14th too. 👌 definitely the management is putting extra effort into making their guest holiday into an unforgettable memory. Good job and we would love to come back again👍

Only stayed here for 1 night, it was pleasant enough, but definitely not worth the money. The staff are very very friendly which is what makes the stay better. The food was okay, but everything was cold. We we did half board. They serve warm water as a drink, which is actually quite pleasant since the temperature is much cooler up there. Unfortunately our soup was colder than the warm water, it did have a nice taste, pumpkin and something but needed to add a lot of salt to get any taste. Desserts where great though, chocolate mousse was a choice and fried banana with ice cream! Delicious. Breakfast was poor the next morning due to everything being stone cold, good selections, pancakes, eggs, a bacon looking meat, toast (this was warm), donuts (very tough and hard), but nothing was enjoyable because of how cold it was. We where first to breakfast also, they where still setting up which makes no sense for how cold it was. We stayed in room 105 or 106, the first one after reception. Rooms not cleaned well at all, the bathroom window/windowsill was absolutely disgusting with dust and dead flysheet, mould on the bathroom tiles, corners of the rooms full of dust and hair and behind the bed where the led light didn't work is absolutely vile. Also the balcony door rattled all night like someone was trying to get in due to a small bit of wind which kept waking me up. I had to roll the curtain up and try and stuff it down the gaps to stop it banging. I read a couple of similar reviews about the cleanliness but most others where good reviews and staff quick to reply that it's unusual and apologising, however I took pictures to prove this wasn't one bad clean, these areas didn't look like they had been cleaned ever! Also a very strong overwhelming smell of spices throughout the reception area/room corridors. Only seems to be on these 2 levels. Couldn't smell it while dinner was being cooked though, only the delicious smells of whatever they where making. Bed was comfortable, we got given a heater also as no a/c but room was very cold so took the chill off. Location looked nice, unfortunately the day we where leaving was very foggy so couldn't see the tea fields, but that couldn't be helped. Looked like it would be lovely from what we saw when we arrived as it was going dark. We slept and ate so as long as you don't mind basic but paying more than it's worth, then that's up to you.

Well situated nestled among tea gardens. Beautiful place with breathtaking views of the rolling mountains. Morning views from balcony is amazing. Rooms were clean and neat with clean linen. Balcony was cleaned again so we could enjoy outdoors. All ammenities were provided including tea and coffee. The receptionist Suji, and her team with Ruben and Dhanu did and amazing job of looking after us. The power at night got turned off but Victoria Court Suites has a generator so we were not impacted at all. Breakfast was made to order only which was great. I would definitely come back here and stay longer because it’s cool and has spectacular views and fantastic service with hospitable people.

This is my first time in srilanka I decided to travel solo alone and we choose Victoria court suites to stay for two nights and I don't really regret What can I say and how can I start Pradeep welcomed me in a professional way I felt I'm at home he assigned very beautiful 😍 room with an amazing view of old British houses and tea plantation he escorted me personally to my room and offered me his assistance. Later I have met Bernard the general manager how can I describe his politeness he came personally to my room to introduce himself he noticed that I was feeling cold so he brought one heater to my room the next day I got little sick and flu because of the climate change he sent to my room some lemon and srilankan ayrovedic tea and after three hours I felt much better thank you Bernard for your kindness. Let's not forget our chef pasan who prepared very nice srilankan and tasty food with too much love . The waiter at the restaurant who is smiling at me all the time young boy thank you as well for that beautiful smile in the morning. I will definitely come back and I recommend this boutique hotel to any guest you will feel that love and too much safe.

We came in the middle of the night to this hotel the service staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious however the position size was bit small. The view from the hotel was very nice. We stayed there for 2 nights. 1st night we had to stay in a small room as we didn't make a reservation. second day we asked them to give us 2 rooms upstairs with a view and they delivered it without any questions. Only problem is rooms was quite expensive it can be dueto high season but it is better if they can reduce the price a bit to as there are some amenities missing in the hotel. Overall very happy with the place would definitely visit again.

We checked in here for one night. The hotel's location is great just near beautiful tea gardens. The hotel had two peoperties old and new. We stayed in the new one. it's a small hotel but the delux king rooms are pretty specious. A family of 4 can easily stay in one room. The view from rooms is amazing. They don't have a bar. The service is attentive. But they have extremely limited options at the restaurant. For dinner only Indian menu was available on buffet, which was disappointing. We didn't have much choice for a la carte. It's a good hotel to stay for one night but if you are stuck due to rains or bad weather then there's not much to do here

Disappointed with our stay here considering it was rated so highly. Given a room that faced a tin shed with garbage strewn with people living and working there. At dinner ordered fish that was served to the wrong table of guests who were all vegetarians! Was given a replacement after 10 minutes. After we complained to the tour operator we were moved to a larger room. The dinning room is very small and cramped. The staff is trying to cook eggs there and people squeezing past attempting to find space to serve themselves. Limited range of items on offer both for breakfast and dinner.
