We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The overall service was excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. A special thank you to Rosy from the staff – her service was outstanding, friendly, and very professional, this hotel is superb in every aspect. We will definitely leave a positive review on Google as well. Highly recommended!

Whilst the hotel is value for money , attention to detail is lacking and so many things could improve the stay, beds comfy and clean but no hand towels, no plug in the bath, pool area swept but pool is not clean, no aircon in the restaurant, staff are helpful but feel like they lack training. Central location and pretty natural grounds make this a good place to stay for a day or two

We are a group of 44 guests who recently stayed for 02 days at Oakray Elephant Lake Hotel in Habarana.
Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.The dinner provided on both days was not satisfactory.
In addition, room maintenance was poor.Basic cleanliness standards were not properly maintained & the same bed linen was used for 02 consecutive days without being changed. This was particularly disappointing & unacceptable given the cost of our stay
Overall the amount we spent was not worth the level of service we received.
We hope the Hotel management take the feedback seriously & improve there housekeeping standards & Overall service for future guests

Even though the hotel was fully booked we had a relaxing, very peaceful and welcoming stay. I love the facilities with the huge pool and the staff is very friendly, always happy to help and always greeting you with a smile. Would definitely recommend booking your stay here if you would like to explore the area of Sigiriya.
