However, considering the price we paid, the property felt overpriced. The cleanliness did not meet expectations.. the grass was overgrown, there was noticeable dust in many areas, spider webs in the room, and the restaurant tables were not properly wiped. The bathrooms also need better lighting, as it was quite dim.
Although we had informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving as booked, a bed had not been prepared for the driver. As a result, we had to pay extra for a separate room, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the place needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination to justify the price.
After a long drive, we took a dip in the pool and had a massage, which was a delight.
Breakfasts and dinners were varied.
We strongly disagree with your statement that the situation was handled respectfully. The communication was rude and dismissive. The fiber ONT is located at the reception area, which required us to carry out our work there. This was part of our assigned job. Any concerns regarding timing or arrangement could have been discussed calmly and professionally, but instead the situation was handled with arrogance. Setting boundaries is understandable, however disrespectful behavior is not. Our review reflects our genuine experience.
