From the moment we walked in the staff were super welcoming and friendly. The location is amazing and we walked to some smoothie bars for a breakfast. So great to see the local life. Super close for the drive to Yala. We had the buffet dinner and it was amazing! Great price for everything you get from dinner to desert. The welcome drink (iced cinnamon tea was incredible). Our room was very clean (the bathroom is huge) and the view from the room was amazing. We were greeted by buffalo and crocodiles in the morning by the lake. I can’t wait to stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely trip!

Completely not worth it. For this standard, it would only be about 400 RMB in China. I stayed at the Hilton in Colombo for less than 1000, and that was a true 5-star experience. It's really true that the poorer the place, the more expensive it gets. Plus, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and even geckos in the room. The cleaning staff knocked on my door three times in one morning; I was truly annoyed.

A very convenient hotel 30 mins from Yala national park for Safari (which the were kind enough to arrange for us). Nice pool with views over the lagoon and a great spot to sit and watch the sunset, birds flying home for bed/bats on their way out for the night! Staff are great, food was good.

The best variant for having safari. Good price for safari and organisation. Recommend to take boat safari from hotel. Young and pretty administrator helped with all questions.

Lovely room with amazing views of the lake. Cleaniness can be improved, there were dead insect on the floor and bugs on the bed.

The room's details were a bit disappointing, and the duvet had an odd smell.

Takeaway breakfast was an option, but it was absolutely dreadful and practically inedible; we barely touched it. I'd strongly suggest skipping breakfast when booking; the room would be cheaper, and it's better to just grab something to eat yourself. The shower was also a letdown. It was a fixed overhead shower, making it impossible to wash without soaking your hair, and the water got progressively colder as I showered.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to Yalla Park. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. Many thanks to the manager who helped us organize our safari. I want to point out the strange behavior of the ladies at the reception. Not customer-oriented.
