Excellent service recovery by Manager Vinod We had a minor issue during our visit, but I would like to specifically commend the manager, Vinod, for his outstanding professionalism. He attended to us immediately, listened carefully, and handled the situation with efficiency and calmness. What stood out was his ability to resolve the issue promptly while maintaining a very respectful and reassuring attitude. His approach truly reflected strong leadership and excellent customer service standards. Thank you, Vinod, for turning our experience into a positive one.

Hi All.. I request you to search other options to stay in Nuwara Eliya..This hotel is worst.. If you want to spoil you stay then only book this hotel. I don't have words to explain how bad my stay at this hotel.. Limited staff & the available ones are Trainess.. I think this hotel is run by Trainees only.. When you say anything to them, in response they put a blank face as they don't understand what you are saying.. Rooms are Pathetic.. No Cleaning..No Amenities.. If you really want to enjoy your stay in Nuwara Eliya, do not stay here.. Regards Rambir Paswan

Do not book this hotel.. This hotel is worst in my SrinLanka Trip, Hotel staffs are non professional & all are Traniees.. They don't understand basic needs.. All managers & responsible persons are outside every time when you need them.. Worst hotel... Do not use at all.. Saurabh Jain

Hotel ashford was very beautiful and memorable stay.....food was very tasty.Staffs are very cooperative and rooms are very clean.They are arranging the dj for us. We are very enjoyable and we become very happy.. special Ms.bhagya &Ms.devika Very friendly

Celebrated my child's birthday here. The stay was extremely comfortable, excellent service by all the staff who are warm and caring. Aitken spence was amazing too in the booking of the resort. Wish we could spend a few more days here but since we had limited time in the country, next time we hope to come here. Ms Bhagya and Devika were very warm and kind and celebrated my child on her birthday with great pomp and splendor!
