The place was really nice. Well maintained garden and beach front is beautiful. The pool was spacious and clean. The food was tasty and the service was great. We were planning a surprise party. The staff helped us in setting it up and was really helpful. However,
they requested the bill to be paid in the morning itself instead of when leaving. so if you are planning a day out, keep that in mind. we did not use the rooms so cannot comment on that. The washroom given to us for changing to was well maintained but another group who was there at that time got it muddy and had their belongings in there so be aware of the careless customers. Overall the staff and service was great and would visit again.

Beautiful facility by the beach. Very basic but nice atmosphere. It has a lovely pool and ideal for a groups who are seeking a quite and peaceful vacation.

A Relaxing and peaceful getaway just a short drive away from Colombo with a beautiful beach, comfortable accommodation, a pool and big garden. Ideal for a family get-away or day out.

Went for a dayout. Environment was calm, beautiful and family friendly. Buffet had range of dishes like salads, main courses, soup and the dessert and was tasty. But cleanliness was 0%. Plates and the cutlery items was not clean. Pool was big and had maximum 5' hight but haven't cleaned in days, water was blur and so much chlorinated. Had direct access to the beach area which had really nice view. Staff was friendly and provided everything we asked for. Only recommended if you don't care about the cleanliness much otherwise even though the view is amazing this is a NO NO place.

A good location when it consider the backyard of the hotel which was faced to the sea. The staff tried their best to serve us better.
Food was really bad in quality and taste. The price we spent per person was not worthy at all!! The menu items were not match with each at all. It would be better if they could just serve us few dishes in good quality. Food was not edible at all.
There were two main groups of people including us. We couldn't enjoy the day out because of other's music. It was a really bad experience.

I visited the place over a week ago for a 1 night stay and ended up extending the stay as we had great overall experience on the 1st day.
The staff were very friendly and flexible, the food was great with a nice spread, the pool was maintained well and the kids pool was just the way I liked it. The cottages were perfect and situated right next to the pool 👍🏽
The atmosphere was amazing for a tan while facing the ocean with coconut trees and a well maintained / decorated garden. This was actually the icing on the cake.
I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get out of Colombo since it’s a hours drive and the overall experience is certainly value for money.

I stayed at the Wadduwa Beach Villa a while back and I can say that my stay was surprisingly pleasant. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and all the amenities were provided by the staff. There is big garden which consists of an infinity style pool opening up right to the beach. The markets, shopping areas are a 2 min drive making it easy to get around.
Overall the stay was excellent & the staff went the extra mile to cater to most requests. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in Lanka!!
