Beach side boutique hotel, immaculate large room with views over the garden and beach area. Attentive and friendly staff ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Good breakfast, buffet style and eggs cooked to order, Sri Lankan breakfast option also available.
Dining area is next to pool and beachside.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous view of the sea in Benthota. The hotel is situated on a pristine beach with easy acess. The manicured garden was great surprise for us!! Excellent rooms with all amenities and helpful and friendly staff! We were on a HB basis and I highly recommend traditional Sri Lankan breakfast..specially the milk rice:)
Had an in-house ayurvedic treatment centre and their services were really good.
Overally highly recommend this hidden gem of a place!

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, spacious rooms.
If only they could understand the importance of food preferences seriously when we insisted for veg food in each menu item.
They messed up the food order twice and gave non-veg dishes as veg runing our whole food experience for dinner and breakfast. We skipped dinner and breakfast next day even though we paid for it since we couldn't trust them anymore.
The staff at reception were kind enough to replace the skipped food with nice fruit platter which became our dinner.
Other than the food experience everything else was great, I strongly recommend this place if you are non-vegetarian.

Gem of a hotel. What a view. A luscious green yard with a swimming pool separating the beach from the hotel rooms without obstructing the view. Spacious rooms. Sincere service. Great value. Couldn't find much to complain about. Stayed 3 night. Wish it was more.

Excellent experience! The hotel staff were incredibly flexible and understanding, especially when we had to change our plans. Communication was smooth, and their willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommended for their outstanding service.

It's a lovely, calm location with a welcoming staff. A terrific location to unwind and feel like you've escaped the city, and it's well worth the money. We were even allowed to check in two hours earlier than the standard check-in time. Everything was fantastic! My pals and I had a great time!

Great location and friendly staff. Clean rooms and spacious balconies. The only negative comment is on the food which is relatively expensive, rice and curry per person LKR 1400 etc :(

A unique experience and a place worth visiting for a getaway. The staff was accomodating and their customer service was fantastic. The quality and variety of all their menu items far exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful place to spend their weekend away from the city.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Easy beach access. Rooms are big and had all the facilities. Very delicious food. Pool is also clean. Prices are very much reasonable. Family friendly. Will come back again.
