We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and supportive, which made the experience welcoming. The BBQ facility is a great addition, especially for groups looking to enjoy a fun BBQ night together.
However, I did notice a few areas that could be improved. The general cleaning could have been better, though this might be due to us visiting during the off-season. Also, the swimming pool didn’t feel properly balanced with the cleaning chemicals—it seemed a little high.
During the off season, their kitchen is not functioning.
With a bit more attention to cleanliness and pool maintenance, this place could be an excellent spot for both relaxation

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is very untidy and unclean. There is a terrible smell inside the room. The two towels provided were filthy and had an unpleasant odor, so we were glad we brought our own towels. The bed sheets were covered in dust and had dirt marks all over them. Additionally, there was no water bottle, glass, or kettle provided. We also noticed gecko droppings everywhere. I'm sure you can find much better hotels in this area than this one.

Such a lovely hotel, the room is so clean & the garden is amazing 😍 They have 2 pools, and if you are lucky you might get too see some monkeys pass by 🐵 The staff is very friendly & they take such good care of you as a guest. Breakfast is with some lovely fruits, that is a great + for me 😋💕

The manager was great very helpful. Made dinner for us for the couple of nights we were there. His wife is an excellent cook. The pool was good but shady by the early afternoon. WiFi needs a booster to get to the pool area though

The place is really nice with newly made buildings resembling traditional Sri Lankan Colonial Architecture. There's a very small pool which is well maintained and temperature controlled. The landscape is kept clean and there are outdoor play areas with chess boards and stuff. The courtyard is full of life after dark when people return from their day trip and meet each other and talk about the day. Highly recommended for budget travellers but do look for the first floor rooms which have A.C.. Rooms without windows can be very discomfortable is hot humid weather. There's a modest eatery just outside across the road owned by tuktuk driver Dinesh and his mom. He could take you around for day trips.

Stayed here as a group consisting two families. Rooms were on the first floor. No lifts available. No drinking water provided, which was shocking since this was listed as a 3* property. Dinner options close at 9pm!
However on the positive side, the staff was friendly. The beaches were hardly 5mins walking distance. The property also had a decent swimming pool.

A great place to spend some holiday times. Situated very much near the beach. All 3 time meals are available here too. Very clean rooms and very much affordable. Reasonable price and worth for money. Has 2 swimming pools. Can park your vehicles safely inside the Villa itself. Food prices are much higher than usual outside. Great for Families and Friend Groups.
