The hotel was quite difficult to find; there were no signs. We weren't on the guest list, but fortunately, there was a room available, and we were checked in. The issue of payment for the room came up several times, even though it had already been paid for. We had to contact Trip.com to have them contact the hotel. Even after the operator said they had contacted the hotel, the receptionists couldn't find our reservation. However, after calling the manager, they said everything was fine.
Despite this confusion, the staff was very friendly and polite. We tried the dinner at the hotel, which was delicious and fresh.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, and no one bothered us. The only big drawback was the location.

Located in the hills but I short commute to the city’s restaurants and shopping, this hotel provides affordable accommodation in a beautiful area of the city. The staff are welcoming and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and had nice shower facilities. The buffet breakfast was quite nice and offered a good selection of fruits and hot food.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. My room was large with a really comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great view. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and was served in the rooftop restaurant. There is also a small outside swimming pool which unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use.

This is a lovely, friendly hotel, not too big and very quiet. The staff were all very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed. We had a great evening meal and breakfast, all freshly cooked and very tasty. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and looked like they had been recently decorated. Great place to stay and explore Kandy. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay special.

Ambience/cleanliness is good. Staffs are polite.
Food was good. The restaurant was under renovation so we had only breakfast which was good. Bread is a staple diet for Sri Lanka. Bread was crispy and toasted well. The fresh juices served was also good.
They have a pool in the premises. Not too big but was well maintained.

Wonderful place in hiding in Kandy. It's a tough distance from town but the ambience and the vibrance is great. The rooms are above standard for the price and the service is great. Highly recommend

Very Friendly staff. flexible with our requirement. when you reach the place have sort of second thoughts going inside. but when you inside its totally deferent atmosphere. very clean. reasonable price for food. will go back again.
