Helpful staff, with an impeccable, clean, and high-quality room. The pool is not on-site. Payment by card upon arrival. Tuk-tuk recommended; friendly and reasonably priced, but with a tendency to take us on commercial circuits of handicrafts or botanicals.

We had a wonderful stay at Sky Pavilion. The view over Kandy and the mountains is absolutely stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. A peaceful place away from the city. highly recommend!

We (a couple) has just spent 9 wonderful days here. Cannot fault a thing. The staff are very attentive and provide great service, above and beyond. We ate in most nights and had a beautiful dinner prepared by in-house chefs on our final night. Continental breakfast included was just right to start our day. We used the hotel tuk tuk driver, Austin. He made us feel at home. He took us to many places and it was so good to have a reliable tuk tuk when we needed. We had the opportunity to meet the owners as well. A beautiful family. We can't wait to come back and stay. The design and feel of this place is to be commended. I particularly enjoyed a bath on the balcony, watching the lightening over the mountains. Pretty special ✨️

I had a wonderful stay at Sky Pavilion Hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, and I even got to enjoy watching birds fly gracefully across the sky as it’s right along their path. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience, the perfect place to unwind and take in nature’s beauty.

We had a lovely stay at sky pavilion kandy big aand modern room and bathroom . Extrimely comfortable beds. Very frindly and helpul staff made the stay very comfortable .the location of the hotel was great the view the balcony was impressive .overall was had a fantastic time at the sky pavilion and would highly recommend to anyone looking and relaxing stay in kandy

Beautiful place with panoramic view. Amazing view from the bedroom we had. Family bedroom was perfect. Staff was good and friendly. foods were excellent. Everything was great. Very quite place and better for a family stay. Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms and well equipped.

A haven on the hills We are so happy to spend again a wondetful day here at sky pavilion. Thr staff is so helpful and smiley and we fell so happy and peaceful. Tha food here is absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable room.we would definitely recommend this place to eveyone travelling to kandy.thank you guys so much for your wonderful hospitality and all the best to everyone here. The location is stunning-just a short trip by tuktuk out of the noise of Kandy, this place has stunning views and truly magnificent staff- Priantha and Sampath went out of their way to look after us. And driver Austin was always ready to take us around town. The food was exquisite and breakfast included both local and European style options. our room was spacious and clean and also had magnificent views.
There is an elevator too.

Very expensive for the service and location. It is an interesting building with great views, but the finish is poor and the all white furnishing leaves a little to be desired on cleanliness. The waiting staff were very pleasant and we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop. However, if you have a driver check availability of accommodation as the sign in reception says it is not available for drivers or guides (the norm at most hotels in Sri Lanka) and you'll need a car to get up the very steep hillside!
