A very nice resort, somewhat secluded, but the food is excellent. It has a wonderful pool and extremely friendly staff.

The hotel was overbooked, so we were temporarily moved to another hotel. We returned to our original hotel the next morning, but neither hotel had hot water and the location was inconvenient, although the scenery was beautiful and the service was warm.

French garden is a lovely family run hotel. Beautiful gardens around a pool that even though it rained a lot while we were there, the kids spent a lot of time in the pool! The family room was lovely, beds comfy with mosquito nets though we weren't very aware of any mosquitoes. Everything was really clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty, fresh fruit, omelettes, pancakes, coffee. We didn't have time to eat dinner there as had plans in Kandy. It's easy to arrange tuk tuk or car into Kandy town centre, takes about 25 mins with traffic. Highly recommend for a family.

Lovely hotel just 10 minutes from Kandy, set in a peaceful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was great, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The pool was fantastic – highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at French Garden Hotel Kandy! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect, providing easy access to Kandy’s main attractions while still being in a quiet and scenic area. The food was delicious, with a great selection of local and international dishes. I especially loved the breakfast, which was fresh and flavorful. The service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to assist with anything I needed. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend French Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Kandy. I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place to stay near Kandy .the family running the place are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped .Nice breakfast served outside with nice view on the beautiful garden .The place was u fee renovation but it was not too noisy . 8 min from city center , you can use t’il t’il with « pick me « application.

This place is amazing! The room is so nice has great ac and the bed is great. The dinner and breakfast is amazing and good priced. They have a great pool and the owner is amazing! 100/10 recommend staying here! It’s also great for the price. Stayed in other places in Kandy and this one is way better!
