Best SPA place I've ever been to! it's located right next to the Thermal Spa centre and they offered us vouchers for each day for both pools and spa!

The Sauna experience was out of this world!

We asked the staff late in the evening if they could help us since all the hotels we‘re booked out. They gave us a lovely room for a good price and we‘re very kind. They offered us a glass of wine and breakfast on the house. We were very happy with our stay:)

The shower was broken and there was no hot water for 4 days.Furniture was physically broken (bed side cabinet) and basic amenities like a TV remote were missing.Management was unhelpful. When these issues were reported, the staff provided no solution or compensation.Breakfast was very poor and the assistance provided by the staff was insufficient for the numbers of guests.

Only 1 complimentary bottle of water for 2 guests. Requested for another bottle, reception say restaurant is closed. Weird, like the restaurant cook water?

A location and services full of potential for an excellent stay, especially the direct access to the thermal services is a real plus. However, more than 30 minutes to get two basic cocktails in an almost empty bar, a restaurant bill with drinks charged twice or invented requiring a detailed check and a request for correction (too bad for the tip ;-) ). A problem with the pipes on the first evening in the room causing us to enjoy the smells worthy of a septic tank (it can happen) ... ok change of room, but for a smaller one with fewer services, to find the same problem on the second day = this without any gesture (commercial or otherwise) from the hotel ..... a four star that ??? It's up to you to see

The hotel did not provide slippers out of stock. This is unacceptable for a spa resort, especially since we had to cross the street to access the bathing area. The service was not good at all. The hygiene of the bedding and towels leaves something to be desired. I am not satisfied overall with this reservation.

Bad review!!! A ton of budget-friendly elderly Southeast Asian tour groups stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was minimal, the tables and chairs were broken and unrepaired, and the front desk said they didn't have any room slippers when I asked for them. The pool was unkempt and untidy, and some people were allowed to enter in their sneakers without being stopped. The heating in the room was also poor, and I was freezing cold in the shower. It's at best a hostel, not worth the 4-star price. I thought, "Maybe the rating is out of date."

Despite many bad reviews of the hotel we still decided to book a room and stay overnight. We were not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning - our room was not ready when we arrived but we were immediately offered a late check out the next day. The room was spacious and clean, with comfy bed and big bathroom. We were traveling with a 1-year-old and requested a baby bed. It was not prepared (instead we've got a regular extra bed) but after a quick call to the reception the problem was quickly fixed and the housekeeping staff delivered the cot to our room. We decided not to have dinner at the hotel but their breakfast the next day was great. Wide variety of different things and everything seemed fresh and of decent quality. When comes to amenities - the hotel pool could use a bit of a makeover. It was a bit dated and used. The water was very relaxing tho. They have their own connection to the thermal waters so we didn't even have to go to the main baths for a dip. One thing I would point out to the coming guests - for check in and reception you have to go to the main building of Thermalhotels across the street - De France doesn't have their own desk which would be good to know ahead of our arrival. Also pools are in the main building, but it's conveniently connected all together with underground tunnels. Overall i would recommend the hotel and would probably come back!
