This hotel is highly recommended, with a good location, clean and comfortable, and very cost-effective.

1. Location
- It's about a 7-minute walk from the station, so you'll need to take a detour, but Zermatt itself is quite small, so getting around isn't difficult (pickup is available upon request).
- The Golden Horn Point is about a minute away, making it a great place to watch the sunrise in the morning.
- The Matterhorn can be seen from your room's veranda, making it a great place to check the weather.
2. Facilities
- First of all, this is a very high-end hotel, so the facilities are generally good.
- The minibar is free, so you don't need to purchase water or other drinks separately.
- There's also a sauna and swimming pool, but I didn't use them.
- Each room has a backpack available for use, which you can purchase.
- Electric bikes are available for free rental.
- There's air conditioning (controlled by the TV) and a smart TV with mirroring, so it works well.
3. Breakfast
- Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and you can dine in the first-floor restaurant.
- The breakfast selection is extensive, and the food is delicious.
- Pancakes and waffles used to be free, but now they seem to be charged (8-12 francs).
- Upon arrival, you can choose your drink of choice. (coffee, etc.)
- If you can't eat breakfast, they'll prepare a packed lunch upon request.
4. Other
- The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping is excellent.
- Upon check-out, they'll provide a car to the station upon request.
- Since the reception opens at 7:00 AM, if you check out before then, you can pay your taxes in advance.

Very helpful staff and clean environment

I absolutely love this hotel. It's small and exquisite, and I felt right at home from the moment I walked in until they dropped us off at the train station. The hotel design is also unique, and the restaurant's service and food are first-rate. The location is just steps from the cable car. The attention to detail is incredible. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zermatt.

Facilities:
2384 yuan for a loft room, not cost-effective. The skylight switch is broken. It can't be closed after opening. The sunshade curtain takes a long time to close a little bit. It rains at night and the skylight is still dripping. The shower room is really small

Highlights➠Free drinks and beer in the refrigerator. Backpacks and umbrellas are also free equipment

Environment:
A little far from the place where you can see Mont Blanc and the central area for eating
