The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 5-minute walk away, making it easy for travelers with lots of luggage. The terrace offers stunning views of the snow-covered landscape.

Everything felt luxurious and comfortable to the touch, and I was very satisfied. Sleeping while watching the stars from the loft roof was a special experience. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which was made with authentic ingredients. I would like to return. I was also pleased that the dining room staff greeted me so warmly.

Located in the heart of Zermatt, while the Matterhorn is not visible, the train station is very close, just a 300-meter walk with luggage. Free lunch is available on the second floor. The breakfast restaurant, while small, is excellent. A special thank you to the cleaning staff for returning our phone to the room.

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!

The hotel is located on the main street of Zermatt, just a two-minute walk after getting off the train, which is very convenient.
The room is large in size, decorated in an elegant and comfortable style, and has a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The only inconvenience is that there is a beam above the bed that is easy to hit your head because of the sloped roof. It takes a few times to get used to it before you notice it⚠️
The hotel's breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of ingredients and fresh and delicious ingredients. The service staff are also polite and attentive.
The town is not big, and dining, shopping and entertainment around the hotel are very convenient.

The hotel is perfect. At first when I look at the photos, I thought it would be a cozy small wooden room which is a little bit worn out. But no! Everything is so new and clean. The location is perfect! Center of everything! Breakfast got a wide range of choices too. Staff are nice. One downside of the hotel is that for me, the pillow is wayyy too flat. I have to put the towels from the bathroom under the pillow. Other than that, perfect!

The hotel in Zermatt is relatively small. It is not as good as the one we stayed in before, but the cleanliness is not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that we booked a room for two, but the front desk told us when we stored our luggage. It was said that it could only accommodate one person. If two people wanted to stay, we would have to pay extra. The front desk said it would cost 50 Swiss francs. We agreed. Later, when we officially checked in at the hotel, the front desk said that we would have to pay 69 Swiss francs and waited for us to check out. At that time, they said the total was 77 Swiss francs. In the end, we gave a total of 77 Swiss francs. I think the front desk here needs to be trained uniformly. It makes us very unhappy to keep adding money.

Unique venue, good for a night out. The gallery / movie theatre / concert hall turns into a club at night. The venue is split into several floors, each having its own ambiance.

We staying in backstage hotel serviced apartment for 2 nights, good facilities and view from the apartment however the distance to walk to the Main Street is a bit far for us because we have children and infant with us.
The checkout procedure is troublesome, because we need to go to the hotel to do checkout.

Cool hotel with a modern design. We really enjoyed the SPA experience, the floating room in particular. The staff are really friendly and attentive. We would like to thank Chris and Mila in particular who were really helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The hotel is located in a great location, close to near by shops and restaurants. The rooms are really cozy with a fire place which really adds to the romance. We loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night. Thank you, Backstage Boutique hotel, we will be back!
