Hotel Römerhof in Leukerbad

The second time I took pizza for a takeout and again the same thing - the pizza is really small compared to when eating in a restaurant. It is like kids size pizza or a small/half portion. I have eaten in a restaurant a few times and I would get a normal/acceptable size pizza, which covers the entire plate. However when ordering for a takeout, obviously different rules or dimensions of pizza apply. The pizza is average, a little expensive for what you get, but edible. I just can't understand how there can be such a difference when eating in a restaurant and when taking it out, it is just not acceptable.
I advise you to change that how you would not lose more customers.
The waitress was nice and polite.

We chose this restaurant because the menu featured grilled dishes, especially the half chicken with fries. When we ordered, they warned us it would take over 30 minutes, which was fine, we were happy to wait.
Our waiter was genuinely kind and helpful, he let us move under the covered terrace when it started to rain, which we appreciated a lot (5 stars for him).
However, throughout the evening, the whole staff seemed overwhelmed. Waiters were running around constantly, clearly stressed, and didn’t even try to appear in control. It made us feel sorry for them. It looked like they were doing their best under pressure, but the service felt chaotic.
The food was, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment. The grilled chicken arrived late and looked unappetizing. Inside, it was raw and bloody, completely undercooked. The outside was soggy, not grilled at all, more like it had been boiled or steamed. Even though it had some seasoning, the texture and taste were off, and definitely not what you'd expect from a grilled dish.
The kids’ meal (pork schnitzel) was fine, although we asked for rice and got fries instead. We didn’t complain and still left a tip (mainly because the waiter had been so kind and tried his best despite everything).
Overall, the experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend the place for grilled food. Maybe the pizza or pasta is better, but based on our meal (especially the raw, bloody chicken) we were very disappointed.
