Lovely room, but small.
Nice breakfast in wonderful rooms.
Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the sauna because it is only available from 4 to 6p.m. but has to be booked in advance. But nobody explained/suggested it.

We having been visiting Leukerbad since 2012 and have stayed in this hotel many times. We are always made to feel welcome and the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, room had an excellent view and balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious and we took advantage of the benefits of reduced price with return ticket by cable car to and from the Gemmi pass. The Burgerbad baths are also a great favourite and staying in the hotel gave us that opportunity to use the baths included in the price of the reservation all in. It made for an excellent stay! It is to be highly recommended to anyone.

This is a very nice, cozy, and clean hotel in a beautiful Leukerbad. The stay includes entrance to Leukerbad Therme, which is a great bonus. The hotel is family-owned, and the people are very nice and friendly that it feels like home. A perfect place to relax and discover this beautiful Swiss region . I highly recommend it!

Very happy with this family owned hotel! Staff is very nice, rooms are very clean, and breakfast, although simple, is very delicious with locally sourced traditional products. It is centrally located in front of the town hall / main bus station, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and steps away from the Leukerbad’s main and biggest termal baths - that, on top of it, guests get free access to!

Nice HB concepts, a very friendly team that making you feel like at home.
The entrance to Leukerbad Burgerbad is included. The breakfast is simple and delicious. I like this swiss combination of simpicity and quality.

Close to everything but at the same time it can be noisy by people in the street.

We have loved this Hotel and the owners. Perfectly located in the middle of Leukerbad, very good restaurant with very kind staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and with a stunning view on the mountains.

We love this hotel! The location is excellent, the food is wonderful, and the Loretan family themselves are incredible hosts. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Leukerbad.
