The hotel has a fantastic location, one minute from the station. The swimming pool and wellness areas were relaxing and never crowded. the half board buffets were tasty and filling enough for our 4 hungry young people. The family room was huge with beautiful views.

Chef cook very attentive to ensure gluten-free dinner was made available and also some waiters made sure that there was gluten-free bread prepared (Thanks Tobias and Maria) !
The wellness area but pls also take care that the cold water tube is cold and the hot one is hot !

One of the best holiday resorts I've been to. Rooms are comfortable and the terrace gave beautiful views of the mountains. The pool alone was worth the trip. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Across the street from the train station. All makes for a perfect holiday.

Wengen is a very nice place to stay at the Jungfrau region. The hotel is next to the train station, easy to access. Our room had a great view towards the mountains. Enjoyed the spa and the restaurant.

A good place to stay. Friendly staff. Good Food. Next to the train station. Wellness is perfect after a day outside. I will come back. It is just a great place to stay. The view to the mountains is payless.

Stayed a few nights here in July 2021. Wonderful place, accommodating covid issues quite well and seamlessly. Rooms were cozy, food was very good and a meal was saved by Zeno who went out of his way at closing to provide warm soup and bread on a not so warm night. He was the absolute best in hospitality! Will be back!

What a bad experience I ever had in this hotel today. First, I have checked in but the room is not ready. Second, the so-called manager (buy actually is a waiter at all) with very rude manner to us and seems we are asking for free drinks. Third, the hotel promised me to cancel my booking without charges but end up I need to double check and they missed to cancel. OMG!!! If I didn't come back to the hotel to double check, then I need to pay what I should not pay for?.
I have never had such bad experience like that , unprofessional, not helpful, shout to the customer, bad manner, apologized without heart. I would not recommend to all of my friends. Too disappointed with this hotel. More customer service trainings should be provided to the staff in order to enhance their quality. I will never recommend this hotel to everyone and also never book again! Terrible service!!! And just wonder whether there is Asian Discrimination!!! ???

walking distance to train station which is great. Room is not big but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served at a wonderful dining room with fresh pastry, egg and many other choices.

The room was clean with an excellent view. They have a spa on the ground floor that was fantastic. The reception was friendly and helpful.
