The only positive point is the central location. I don’t understand how this place is rated 4 stars — 3 at best. The shower feels dirty due to stains on the floor and on the curtain, the towels are tiny and thin, the bed is hard, and the single pillow per person offers zero support. Staff is also not very professional but still polite.

Stayed here when in Baden on business. Hotels well located near to train stations & bus stops nearby also. During stay was provided with 1 day travel pass for local transport. Rooms are well equipped (nice coffee machine), breakfast is basic but good for needs. Decent hotel for business trips if not spending too much time in room/ hotel.

Great location, convenient room and free breakfast. It would have been great if there is a restaurant for dinner.the Traffo fitness park is a good addition with all facilities (gym, pool, sauna)

This is a clean and neat business hotel adjoining the Trafo conference hall. It is located close to the train station on the opposite side to the main town. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff are efficient and Dana deserve special mention for her friendly service and flexibility.

The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. Hotel was also very clean.

The hotel room is nice and very clean and a good price. However, the staff are less then useless, seriously. I had to go to the front desk twice to ask to not be disturbed by room service. The first employee had no understanding of how their system worked. Only on the second encounter did they enter me into their system. I also paid for late check out. 40CHF mind you! But they didn’t enter that into their system either!! So I had a barrage of people at my hotel door all morning trying to throw me out until I finally managed to explain I had already paid to stay there! Nice hotel, but don’t pay for late check out and be weary of the staff.

Great location in the heart of Baden, unique shared event space. Plenty to see within walking distance.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, incredible breakfast.
All the staff are friendly and professional.
Highly recommend staying here, I would gladly stay here again if I find myself returning to Switzerland.

The property is located in the Old town where almost all sightseeing are. The atmosphere is very cozy.
