They provided a printed Basel Card at check-in, which allowed me to use public transportation for free during my stay. This was a great advantage.
The staff, especially at check-in, were very attentive and helpful. They showed me places to visit on the map and gave a nice overview of the city.
The hotel itself was comfortable overall. The breakfast was okay in my opinion—worth adding to the room if desired.
The only downside was the cleanliness. The bed sheets in particular were not very clean and could definitely be improved.
Overall, it was a good stay.
I would like to express my gratitude to Sina and the rest of the staff for their assistance in planning and organizing our last-minute travels.
