A perfect corner room (#301) with a beautiful view. The spa is small but very beautiful. The massage was good, pricey, but typical for Spq hotels. The food was excellent. It's just a shame the spa has returned to normal hours.

The hotel's facilities are excellent. It's perfect for a weekend of hiking. The wave area is small, but very, very cozy and has everything you need. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing. The staff is very polite. The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and you feel right at home. The hotel's decor is a little dated, but that's also a matter of taste. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The best wellness hotel in Grindelwald. We stayed at the Spinne for one night during our annual siblings' trip. Fantastic food, incredible views, very friendly and helpful staff, and a beautiful wellness center with an infinity pool. Overall, it's a true gem. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Every moment here was absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating with my requests, all the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet, clean, and had an incredible view. The breakfast was also well-prepared, compact, and tasted excellent. It's close to the First cable car, there's a supermarket right in front, and it's not far to walk from Grindelwald station. If I go again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. For all the Koreans traveling to Switzerland, if you go to Grindelwald, definitely try staying at this hotel!

A very hospitable hotel. I liked everything. I recommend it. Friendly, welcoming, beautiful, cozy, delicious food, and a beautiful view from the restaurant and room windows. Only good impressions.

I booked this hotel for my child, and they told me the restaurant was excellent, with delicious Italian food. The room itself was quite small and the facilities were a bit outdated, but the balcony was very spacious with a great view, which was a major highlight.

Overall, it was quite good. Hotels in Switzerland are generally old, but very well-maintained. This was especially true in Grindelwald, though the room was a little small. Everything else was great, and the pool was fantastic.
