Avoid this hotel if you expect even a minimum level of understanding or customer care.




I had to cancel my stay due to a documented medical emergency, including hospital discharge papers and an explicit recommendation for mandatory rest and no travel. Despite this, the hotel refused any refund, partial refund, voucher, or even a simple date change for next year.




I fully understand non-refundable policies, but there is also such a thing as professionalism, flexibility, and humanity. In this case, there was absolutely none.




The communication felt cold and purely bureaucratic, with zero willingness to help a client facing genuine health issues. Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel in Geneva where one would expect a higher standard of service and hospitality.
I  will definitely remember how this situation was handled.

This hotel is very noisy. It’s right next to the street and the windows aren’t well sound proofed. You can hear everything that’s happening in other rooms. In addition, rooms are very dated. The bed for two people is extremely narrow and unfit for more than one person. There was a huge crack on the mirror in the bathroom, the sink was clogged and smelled EXTREMELY bad, the toilet seat was not fixed properly and didn’t even fit the toilet. Please pay 10-30 francs more and stay at a better hotel, do not waste your precious sleep and money.
